Re: Will they update us on the GM?

Mon, 06 Feb 2012 19:01:00 GMT

probably the directors met and carved out the £650k among themselves. That is what you expect from a company like this. New kid on the block already helped himself to 10% of the company at more than a 50% discount with additonal warrants attaching of same size. The P L O N K E R things he is doing us a favour.LMAO By guru310

Will they update us on the GM?

Mon, 06 Feb 2012 13:38:00 GMT

Just wondering if anyone knows if the meeting went ahead? I couldn't find anything to say they had cancelled it. Sorry, and apologies, if they did cancel and I didn't spot it! By Astralvoyages

looking forward to an update tomorrow. have not been buying any. But someone is and may I add quite a chunk on a daily basis. On the other hand ,if the trades were sells, Mms must be carrying a lot of stock by now and must be wanting to shift it at much higher prices. Maybe you will have a chnace to do a short tomrrow at .1p plus? By guru310

Well with 2 hours of trading to go , a massive £180k has been traded here , i'll let you assume they were all buys it it makes you feel happier.

Once again there is no support and very little buying going on, all this is is a highly speculative punt, nothing more nothing less , still after weeks of asking no one has indicated to me why you should be buying "hot" concha

Personally i'm hoping for a rise so i can open my short , keep buying Guru

Dont be naive, they will recoup the money in salaries thus having free shares which will inevitably be used as a tax loss, makes a great deal of sense to me and i've not been wrong here so far, dilution coming very soon.

Directors have invested £150k in recent share placing. Nice going when you get cheap stock. IMHO, that is not manisfestation of thier confidence. It is monkey business from which they will make a huge profit. By guru310

When a company changes so substantially as Hot Concha (!?) I can change my mind. I invest in a company, not fall in love with it. Someone paid the equivalent of 0.03p for the brand, then they issues 900,000,000 shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company should have been called Robinsons, just dilute to taste. By sausage_on_a_stick

Someone dumped 90,000,000 at 0.03p. I bet that hurt !!!!! By sausage_on_a_stick

sell off

Thu, 26 Jan 2012 15:56:00 GMT

with yeomans and battles obligated to keep their shares, i fully expect that the remaining 740 million shares (approx) will be sold on the 31st at a 50% premium , a nice return for those who got the placing, plus they have further options of 1 warrent for every share they bought to be exercised at 0.03p,which means eventually another 900 million shares will enter the market at some point in the future

this further strengthens the fact that this company is worth no more than 0.03p, its going to take a serious amount of buying to shift this stock from the 31st and alarm bells should be ringing

Re: RNS

and there is the fundraising and dillution will follow soon enough, very predictable , more to follow

for your new ceo to invest 25k is merely being seen to be showing to do the right thing, i expect him to award a bonus/salary reflecting this payment. in effect his and mr yeomans shares will be free, eventually being used as a tax loss when the shell goes bump.

Its all to predictable
