I have a stovetop pressure cooker. I browned the meat first but otherwise followed the recipe. I cooked the meat 15 mins per inch at high pressure & came out well. I used chuck roast.

So it's now just after 3am on a work night and it was my first attempt at making a diabetic friendly Swiss buttercream for work in a few hours. I've finished now because your post rescued my buttercream. Thank you so very very much for sharing.

Hello! One of your recipes became one of my favorite go to cupcakes and crowd pleasers! I couldn't find another way to ask you to help me navigate to it on your website. I followed this recipe before and it worked out beautifully, it looks and tastes wonderful. I didn't have enough pesto last time so I stirred in a load of olives to the dough mix, which worked well I've just got a loaf of this on its second proove at the moment. I'm trying it with red pesto which made turn out to be too oily, but fingers crossed! No olives this time, but I chucked in some oregano and sumac on the basis that there's little in life that isn't improved with sumac.
