2000 Salem Travel Trailer - Bunk House (Glenford) $5250 2012-02-09T13:24:51-05:00 2000 Salem Travel Trailer camper. 27 feet long with Bunk Beds. Bunk beds are a double bed on bottom and single bunk on top. Sleeps up to 9 people. Queen bed in master bedroom. Master bedroom has two closets, bunk area has one small closet. Bathroom has good flushing toilet and a tub/shower unit. Cold A/C unit and Furnace with ducted registers, Fridge, Freezer, Water heater, Microwave, Stove, Oven all work perfect as they should. Water heater has an electronic ignition which is very handy. Camper is all self contained with both Grey and Black tanks, water storage tank, two 30 gallon propane tanks, fresh battery, crank down leveling jacks on all corners. Has a 2" receiver on back for a bike rack. Awning is in great shape with no tears or holes, and is 15 feet long. Outside storage area as well as big storage under the queen bed. Ceiling has a few areas that had gotten wet in the past around the roof antenna and sagged slightly, but really is not that noticible. Roof has been resealed last summer. There is no antenna on camper. We always used a satellite receiver. Camper does have cable hookup on the side for camp grounds that offer cable. I will include a bike rack with the camper. The side bathroom includes a toilet, vanity, and a stall shower. The rear bedroom has 2 fixed bunks and one pull down bunk. Equipment included on this trailer includes a 13,500 BTU roof mounted air conditioner, Roll out awning, TV antenna, CATV hookup, AM/FM Cassette Stereo, microwave oven, large double door 110 volt / LP Gas RV refrigerator, 30,000 BTU electronic ignition LP gas furnace, 6 gallon LP gas water heater, 4 burner LP gas range/oven, 2 -- 20 LB OPD style LP tanks, and an outside shower. I have checked the electric system, plumbing system, LP gas system, and all the appliances. All work fine. The exterior running lights and electric brakes also work fine. The tires are original and have some sidewall cracking. The upholstery is clean and has minimal wear for a 1994. The exterior skin has a few scuffs and dings and has some glue or sealant on it from a previously installed screen room. The floor is solid but unfortunately there are a few spots on the ceiling and walls that have been water damaged by previous water leaks. The windsheild has a crack, but on the passenger side. I would replace it. Gear shift is there, but again I would replace it, just so it's new. The back passenger tire is low, but it really needs 4 new tires also. Has a tow bar on the front that comes off and put on to transport it. The Body in in great condition, just need buffed out and it'll shine. Honestly I was just going to have someone restore it all. I don't know nothing about cars really, so that is why I was going to have it fully restored. I was told by a buddy (who does not restore cars) that it would cost about $500+ to have it fixed up and ready to drive the way I wanted. I removed all the windows and replaced them with motorhome windows. * It has a full working bath, full kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink, and gas range. Table makes into a bed like most campers do. Ceiling vents throughout. There are no slideouts but it is open and roomy without. Price reflects the fact that it has a few dings but nothing major, and it may need new tires within the next few years depending upon use. Price: Original price was $78,000. Holding tanks: It has a 200-gallon freshwater tank, operates on a 12-volt demand pump, and an optional auxiliary generator provides external power so it is fully self-contained. If you are plugged into electric, you do not need the generator. It has two holding tanks for black used water and gray water is for shower and dishes. Hot water tank converts to either electric or gasoline. Fuel -- Gasoline. Fuel capacity is 65 or 75 gallons. Gets from 8-10 and more miles per gallon depending upon the terrain. Back up camera. No slide outs. We heard horror stories about them malfunctioning and with the slide outs in, it is difficult to move around inside the coach, so with this unit you can stop anywhere and you have a full coach, can walk through the living area and around the bed without putting out slides or moving anything.
