 From the Islands Trust: Islands Trust Council Chair Sheila Malcolmson has written to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Natural Gas seeking regulations that would reserve the Islands Trust Area from the staking of mining claims and exploration under the Mineral Tenure Act.  Her letter can be viewed here:
