The Section recognizes Amy W. Beatie as a recipient of the "Best Papers" recognition for papers they prepared for the 27th Annual Water Law Conference held February 18-20, 2009; and Kim Diana Connolly, Steven G. Jones, Jeffrey W. Leppo, and Matthew F. Pawa as recipients of the "Best Papers" recognition for papers they prepared for the 38th Annual Conference on Environmental Law held March 12-15, 2009. These authors were recognized at the Conference and were each presented with a certificate and a Section publication as a token of appreciation for their outstanding submissions.



The Year in Review 2008 is now available online!

Section members are now able to view Environment, Energy, and Resources Law: The Year in Review 2008 in the Section Members Only portion of the Section Web site. The online version contains all chapters found in the printed copy, each in PDF format. Printed copies of The Year in Review 2008 will be mailed to the Section's lawyer and associate members in mid-April 2009.
