serve me up summathatstuff. although i will never wave my hand in front of my face and loudly ask "is it hot in here or is it just me?" i do admit to experiencing the entirely new (for me) and very strange sensation of being way, way too warm.

but why in the world would you want to take away the alcohol? 8-)

I saw this article in nutraingredients.com, too, and got quite a chuckle. Can you see 5 fiftysomething women striding into a bar, ordering a round of "Menopausal Beer, and keep'em coming, bartender!" A Nonalcoholic beer for menopausal women doesn't have "good idea" stamped all over it for me...I'd rather take standardized phytoestrogens in a pill, and wash it down with cheap red wine...Like your article selection, and your emphasis on prevention.
