Thank you for the Hay suggestions! I'm going to see if Amazon carries them... And I scoured bookstores here in town and after five of them, I found one last copy of her magazine. It's pretty expensive since it's an Australian publication. I think I must treat myself to a subscription though... :)

I love the addition of the panchetta and the plum salad. I wish I could get my hand on some plums now. Looks delicious.

Puff pastry is really an interesting item to work with. i've made a few things with it over the years. Never a tart though. So British! :o)

The Village Vegetable is a terrific resource and even tho you are a carnivore, that was still a very vegetarian recipe, and it looks great.

Also dig the baby greens & plums. What a unique combo.
