Last week at a meetup with a number of travel bloggers here in Seattle, one of the bits of chatter had to do with how tour companies, cruise lines and hotels are cutting back on the amenities provided to customers. Some cruise lines have cut back on the amount spent per customer on food, hotels are skimping on toiletries and continental breakfasts aren't much more than a muffin and coffee.
