Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson threw his girlfriend, Ciara, a surprise 30th birthday party over the weekend. Apparently it was a costume party, so Wilson dressed up as Batman and Ciara was Catwoman. Anyhow, they posed for a bunch of pictures and posted it on their Instagram accounts.
