Modeled on the West Seattle Trails project, Feet First is working with community groups to create the first trails map of NE Seattle. Feet First is a pedestrian advocacy organization, working to create walkable communities, in which people are encouraged to experience their neighborhood on foot, through participation in mapping and sign development.

As pretty as it is, I'm ready for the rain to wash it all away. 40 degree temperatures sounds absolutely tropical to me.

The weather forecast is for heavy snow developing in the south by late afternoon, pushing north through the Seattle metro area in the early evening. Locally, we could see 3-8" of snow Saturday evening into Sunday
