Phillies right-hander Zach Eflin left Friday night's 10-2 loss to the Giants at AT&T Park after the fifth inning because of discomfort in his right shoulder. He stressed that leaving the game was precautionary, but he will be examined further Saturday. Eflin missed time earlier this season in Triple-A because of a strained right elbow.
