I agree with quality over quantity. Most of the blogger A's are just newbies trying to break into the MMO arena. But the Blogger B's truly understand that people will respect true content versus "sales pages".

Comment on Is Working from Home the Easy Way Out? by Annoying

I think what people don't realize is that working from home takes as much work, probably even more so than working for a company in an office enviornment. There's this idea attached to working from home that illustrates someone doing very little work in their pyjamas for a few hours a day and making a ton of money. It can get to this point but when you're starting out you need to put in 12 hour days and work like a dog to reap these benefits down the road!

Hi, my two cents worth on making money from home: can be done, but it is REALLY REALLY hard. I mean REALLY hard. Lots of opportunities, and you can make a bit of money, but to make anything reasonable is very difficult.

Working from home do have it's many advantages but that person must be very discipline so that it will be productive. But nonetheless, it is still worth the investment of time and effort to have my own home based business because it gives me the flexibility of time to do the things that I want to do. I personally feel it is important to set a deadline for every new project that is started so that we can be discipline and be productive in work. Zack

I moved to another country and the original source if income failed so I simply had to start working at home. I can certainly say that working at home brings big advantages, but the distractions can also be very intense. Especially if you have little children, it is very difficult the make them understand you are home but still do not have time for them during your working hours. Also I suggest to log out of any social network during working time at the computer as it extremely distracts you from work.

Making payments using a mobile phone is already massive in certain parts of the world where people don't always have a bank account but don't want to carry cash. For certain demographics I think making small instant payments using a mobile phone is going to be huge in the future.

Great post. It's great that you can check your finances, stock market and bank account online nowadays with your phone, on the go. It's amazing to see that people are making apps and programs specifically for these purposes, as well. I love living in this digital age where I have all the important information that I need to know, when I want to know it.

Comment on Are Users Happy with Their Google Search Results with Google+ Integration? by Matt Kinsella

Wed, 02 May 2012 11:23:01 +0000

When I search I am often looking for something new and information that I don't yet know so I don't always want results from sites that I have seen and "liked" already. If I want to revisit a site because I think it might be useful to me in the future I bookmark it or put it in my favorites, I don't want Google second guessing what my bookmarks should be. I am still not sure how well received the whole G+ experiment will be among the general population. At least In the medium term it is here to stay but I am not sure how many years it will remain. I suspect it will be heavily modified and scaled back before Google deny it has failed and hail it a success.

I have largely ignored Google+ until I realised that it is going to impact my sites. Sure, it is not fair but search is almost totally owned by Google. So, I guess we have to play by Google's rules.
