Rich- I couldn't agree more and is exactly why we founded Avio Consulting in 2007. We began implementing BPMS back in 2001 with what was FuegoBPM. Much like you are saying, we saw a vacuum in the market of firms that can provide resources who have actually done BPMS implementations and know what works and what doesn't. In 2007, Avio was formed to fill this hole and we believe we have more BPMS implementation experience than any other firm out there. There are a vast number of sites and blogs where one can hear experts provide theoretical opinions on how an implementation should be done, but relatively few people that focus exclusively of doing BPMS implementation right.
