I think you already learned in the meantime that you have to add a creditcard to your account. AWIS needs this card information because it's not a free service anymore, as a customer you get the first 10.000 requests for free.

Thanks for the answer, it solves my problem for the moment.

However, the fact that there is a website dedicated to this and its google ranking is pretty high seems to indicate that this is a hole in the AWS. Perhaps a new operation or response...
