@Paul Most likely you'd notice it in your trackbacks (possibly marked as spam, too.) You can also Google your post titles and see if some splogs show up in the SERPs. It's quite common for this to happen to any semi-popular blog without the blogger knowing for a while, so you're right about that. P.S. A good web designer.

Good stuff...so how does someone spot this stuff in the first place. It is possible my own blog may have this problem but I have no idea how to research it. BTW...how did you get your caricature photo in the comment box? Paul

there have been so many sploggers in my blogs and I couldn't manage to report them all. Thanks for this post for the tip! Really helpful.

It's because RSS is so easy to put on your blog. It's the lazy persons way of making their blog look more full.

I can't tell you how many times this has happened. Most blogs have fixed it but some are just in the dark.

This is a big problem and i have seen it happen a lot lately. I just wish they could at least try to reword it or do something as to not be so obvious. Or better yet get an original thought.

Hmmm, great tips. Didn't even realize that one about adsense deluxe being able to do that or feedburner either.

You are right. Now a days stealing content from RSS is getting common because mostly people are getting engaged with online earning and they just want to populate their blogs or content by stealing. Thanks for info

That site you mentioned now is made for Adsense site. I've seen some software which claim to do auto blogging, it's also pulling content from feed but at the bottom of post it put in a live link to its source. What's your view on this? Would you still consider it a splog?
