An accounting department at a global professional services organization uses RSS to push 90-day-past-due notices to responsible billing professionals. This has entirely supplanted the weekly distribution of voluminous reports (both printed and emailed) which needed to be sorted through to determine if there was actually anything actionable. :Bruce MacEwen, New York

You can use RSS to do anything that email currently does, other than two-way personal communication (for now). Any content delivered by email can come via RSS. When you think about it that way, you've got your work cut out for you.
