I love traveling to Santa Barbara, but unfortunately I have to make some choices when it comes to which luxuries I will indulge in. Wine tastings, nice dinners, and shopping add up very fast in this city of the rich and famous, so I normally try to save on my accommodations. Thanks to the beautiful architecture, you will find that even the more lower-budget hotels are actually beautifully rendered and offer quality service and great views of the natural scenery. For other people like me who want to save on their lodgings so that they can splurge on nice wine tastings and dinners out, I suggest checking out The Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com) on State Street. For an incredibly reasonable price you will have an outstanding stay. Enjoy!

Love Santa Barbara. So gorgeous and well worth a visit in a lifetime. There is so much to do there and it never gets old. The beaches and hiking trails and of course the shopping downtown! There are tons of wonderful restaurants and museums as well! I travel there all the time and each time is an experience of its own! Every time I go I always try and stay at the Sandman Inn (www.thesandmaninn.com). So budget friendly and the location is superb!
