Adam Graham said: I'll admit that I assumed guilt, because I assumed he was guilty. AFLAC ! Adam Graham said: As to your opinions of the Jon Benet Ramsay Case or any other case, its really not our place to say. Why not? The case has not been solved. Until then court of public opinion is free to speculate. Adam Graham said: ... Its really not our place to say. Let police handle and it and let our criminal justice system work out. Back to my original point. If it's not our place to say, why are you doing exactly by suggesting this guy is the killer? Adam Graham said: Who knows. You might be wrong. Now your just being silly .

I'll admit that I assumed guilt, because I assumed he was guilty. He may not be, though unlike the nut who goes and confesses to a crime, his history of Child Porn convictions are a pretty good indicator. As to your opinions of the Jon Benet Ramsay Case or any other case, its really not our place to say. Let police handle and it and let our criminal justice system work out. Who knows. You might be wrong.

Adam, you might want to listen to your own podcast . Your are as guilty as those you accuse of jumping to conclusions. But since this is the court of public opinion you have the same right as those you castigate. I'm one of those who feel the parents were involved with a cover-up, at the very least. I base my opinion on a logical assessment of the facts which I would be happy to discuss. On the other hand, you seem to have made up your mind based on a confession. If you have other evidence I would love to hear it. In the end I think you will see that this guys claims will turn out to be bogus. Do you know how many people admit to crimes they didn't commit? I think you will end up eating crow on this one. Perhaps you should have made a more general point about formulating conclusions without enough information. The next time you might want to learn from your own mistake.
