You can eat the cheese!
There is quite a buzz about the benefits of low fat dairy products such as skim milk, low fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese or low fat cheese, playing a key roll in your weight loss nutrition. We all know the benefits of calcium in the promotion of strong bones. New research is now discovering that calcium may help in the breakdown of the body's fat stores.

The food pyramid starts with fruits and vegies!
Foods that are rich in fiber and have a high water content are great to help fill you up and keep your insides running right. Vegetables, fruits, and legumes are great nutritional super foods to add to your diet.

If you're gonna snack, then start snacking right.
