Sleek Living Tables

Fri, 14 Feb 2014 16:07:10 +0000

It would practically be automatic to see tables come in straight lines most of the time, normally something that would go unnoticed since the usage of the table is all that matters. However, there have been tables which could offer such with a twist, or in this case, unevenness. Such is what the Living Table brings. It features wavering edges that make it different from the standard tables we have in the market. The table features a smooth oak plank top which is about 25 mm thick and slight irregularities by the peeled edges. The table is properly supported by a cross base which can come in graphite, taupe, white or corten finished steel, offering a combination of organic wood and steel to render a sleek like piece any home would certainly do well with. Well here is another neat piece for your home, one carrying some ecofriendly pitch at that. The Cyclone Loungers seems just like any common lounge chair you can certainly rest on but the thing about it is that it made use of reclaimed wood to get it all done. Inspired by the wooden Cyclone roller coaster, this should be a perfect chair to have at your backyard or by the patio where you could easily retreat and take a load off. Apparently the reclaimed wood explains for the multi-designed looking curves of the chair, something that displays a collection of varying shades which are properly supported a metal base that were somehow configured to look like how actual rollercoasters are backed when you see them at fairs. The Cyclone Lounger comes from Uhuru of Brooklyn. Source and Image

Classy New Old Table Light

Thu, 13 Feb 2014 16:06:22 +0000

Here is a simply designed lamp that should be interesting to have. The New Old Table Light carries an industrial-style reflector design which is attached to a paper lantern diffuser that would allow it be pulled down or collapsed to adjust the lighting density. The lamp makes of plain materials such as wood, metal and paper and comes from KIMU Design. In all this is one lamp that should be neutral to blend in with any existing interior, offering a handy and reliable lighting solution which should help you see if not set the ambiance as well. Uncanny in shape, the New Old Table Light should be something to have either for work or for home interior enhancement purposes. Source and Image
