After the invite we were also informed that there was going to be a slot time for each of us to give a presentation. I decided to give a workshop/talk with my time and also informed the Hackerspace about that, which is posted at the Wiki of Hack 42 (link is in the description of the grant application form). Things for better or worse didn't turn out as such, because the presentation (event) didn't start until late in the evening, indicating that the time for each one of the speakers was max 15 min in which no one opened their laptops. Though this was my first time presenting for Wikimedia Commons and unexpected I was still prepared for that.   + I had in mind that the important thing was to create a structure of work that could achieve the required goals. I gave the presentation about Wikimedia Commons that consisted of planning a collaboration with the people attending, Dutch and Albanian to organize an Editathon in the upcoming months. And we decided that we're going to organize the Editathon on February where both hackerspaces will work simultaneously on batch uploading pictures of their cities in WikiCommons, and improve/create articles on Wikipedia. This meaning that the outcome might have been more far-sighted as predicted but in my perspective it opens up a variety of work cases. As stated before an important thing is that now we have a very nice collaboration and communication with the Dutch community of openness in Arnhem and we are going to make more projects like this in Wikimedia. I want to make clear that I was prepared for what I described in my report and maybe even more, but if you re-check the schedule in the Wiki of Arnhem Hackerspace ( https://hack42.nl/wiki/OpenLabs_visit_to_Hack42 ) you will see that there was just one hour in the agenda planned for the talk in total, for 8 people, and I wasn't aware of that. Nonetheless it was a great experience that I'm planning to do it more in the Wikimedia community.   +   + I want to thank you for taking the time to see my report.   +   + Best of wishes,   +   + --[[Special:Contributions/79.106.126.177|79.106.126.177]] 22:13, 12 December 2017 (UTC) [...]

Other languages have translated the [[:outreach:Welcome_to_Wikipedia_(Bookshelf)/2013_edition/text|text on wiki]] and then copied it into the design files to finalize. Feel free to ping me directly if the guide doesn't address your questions! 22:06, 12 December 2017 (UTC) [...]
