Left or Right - Who Are You?

Mon, 23 Jan 2017 11:36:05 -0600

It came before Trump, so he cannot be blamed for it. I'm not sure what can, but the divide between the Left and the Right has now come into lounge rooms, workplaces, not just the public squares, and especially through social media platforms everywhere.

Lost At Sea

Fri, 20 Jan 2017 13:50:26 -0600

After an upsetting and unsettling election whar do we do now. All may seem lost but some time will help to sort things out. We must heal and become stronger than before.

Quicksand and the Election Results

Fri, 20 Jan 2017 11:29:50 -0600

Did you hear the news and root your feet in the grass feeling like you were sinking in quicksand? The words hit all cultures when the announcement was made of who is the new President of the United States of America. Friendship does not need to suffer because people differ in their vote, but everyone has lost something at the end of the election.

Democracy's Fall, the Day of Deja Vu

Fri, 20 Jan 2017 09:11:42 -0600

HARDLY does the issue need to be named, yet many in the church today are falling for something that was only eradicated seventy years ago. The rise of a fascist threat on the global stage that promises clandestinely (at this stage) to take no prisoners; the church in its wake, ensconced.

We're Going to Be OK

Fri, 20 Jan 2017 08:01:10 -0600

It was 10:45 am on Inauguration Eve, I was sitting on my couch all alone in Nashville, the confirmation hearings were playing in the background, and I looked up to see an airplane flying in the sky on the upper right-hand corner of my tv. He was headed to Washington, in a plane that didn't have his name in big letters on the side. I wasn't sure if it was Airforce One or not, but I immediately turned off the television and sat in silence.

The Bigger Picture

Fri, 20 Jan 2017 07:55:58 -0600

There have been discussions, debates, speeches, arguments, vicious verbal attacks, physical attacks, hatred, lies, tears, depression, and disbelief over the recent US presidential election. None of that really surprises me. But the rhetoric of some indicates they may not see the bigger picture.

Voting - Your Civic Duty

Tue, 17 Jan 2017 14:16:25 -0600

Voting is not simply a right, but a duty for an American citizen. A duty is an obligation of a citizen to sustain their government. In the military, we characterize our service as duty to our country. It what we give back to our country to insure its stability, its success and its greatness in the world. Yes, voting is our duty!

Trumpeter: A New Children's Comic Hero?

Tue, 17 Jan 2017 07:36:58 -0600

Recent political events have suggested a boisterous new character to feature in comic strips and children's books. Readers, publishers and purveyors might welcome the advent of a new comic hero who knows everyone in Hollywood and wants to be famous all over the world. Popular children's books, like, for example, Wind in the Willows with Toad of Toad Hall, have succeeded with a central character who is an adult person portrayed as a lovable animal that behaves like a spoilt child. The Disney Corporation might take an interest, seeing a new Donald Duck in the form of a large pink elephant surrounded by a troop of sycophantic baboons.

Celebrities: Do Celebrities Look Stupid When They Talk About Politics?

Fri, 13 Jan 2017 08:21:33 -0600

While there are going to be a number musicians and actors, who are generally going to keep their views to themselves, there are others who are going to take a different approach. As a result of this, they are not going to hold back when it comes to what they think about certain topics.

Tweetplomacy and Thoughttweets: The Hallmarks of the Trump Presidency?

Tue, 10 Jan 2017 08:28:36 -0600

Presidential candidates have used media, and in more recent years, social media, to communicate and connect with their voters. After being elected, Presidents have continued to use various media to keep the people of the country informed of the administration's policies and notable actions and achievements.

Why The US Citizen Needs To Limit The Political Clout Of Hollywood

Tue, 10 Jan 2017 06:58:03 -0600

Why are the elites of Hollywood busy eating filet mignon and drinking the finest wine, walking on red carpets with gun toting security in designer clothes giving themselves awards and accolades while they are selling us out to the Chinese? Why does Meryl Streep believe she can use the stage to trash our next president? Of all the hypocrisy in the world, this has to take the cake, and it is totally out of touch with Middle Class America.

Al Sharpton Calls For A 'Season of Disobedience,' But Is That Helpful For America?

Tue, 10 Jan 2017 06:56:21 -0600

Why is it that a Democrat Congressman with previous ethics violations continues to cause conflict in America? How is it that such people rise to the top of the food chain in the leadership ranks of the Democrat Party? Isn't inciting a riot a crime? We know a season is 90-days, or three months, but do we really need over 3-months of protests in America, isn't the American Psyche getting protest fatigue? Is this all the left-side of the political spectrum has anymore?

The Feminist Movement in the 2016 Election Was Nonexistent

Mon, 09 Jan 2017 22:12:17 -0600

It is time for women to start discussing and filter what the fourth wave of feminism is going to be in the 21st Century. Will women begin to move backward toward not caring about equal pay, contraceptive, abortion rights, misogyny, sexual harassment in the workplace and domestic violence, because those issues have not gone way in North America; nor in the global hemisphere. Women need to decide where they will sit at the table as we move away from the first edifice, of the new century. We must take these issues seriously for our daughters, mothers, nieces, and friends. We must get to the business of figuring out what history will say about us in the fourth wave of feminism.

President Donald Trump - Repeal of Unconstitutional Legislation/Executive Orders Imposed on the USA

Mon, 09 Jan 2017 07:57:25 -0600

When Abraham Lincoln stated in his Gettysburg Address that a new birth of freedom would ensue in the American republic in the wake of the American Civil War in order to perpetuate a republican government of the People, by the People, and for the People, he did not realize the intent of a vicious Republican Congress to alter the U.S. Constitution to abrogate the power of the States under the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights. And after Lincoln was assassinated, the federal government did exactly what Lincoln had not wanted them to do in order to punish the Southern States and eliminate State power under the U.S. Constitution. The intent of the 14th Amendment was to give the federal government total power over the States' right to regulate their own People. In the 10th Amendment, the States and the People are regarded as the same. Lincoln's Vice-President, Andrew Johnson, opposed the 14th Amendment and the Republican Congress tried to impeach him for doing so. What will President-Elect Donald Trump do, as the 45th U.S. President, to correct what has been done to this republic by evil men and women? Read on...

Public Enemy

Wed, 04 Jan 2017 15:07:19 -0600

As the sun was setting over the Western sky Tom Hardy was putting the finishing touches on a news story for tomorrows paper. With so many people still in disbelief over this past years election Tom was duty bound to find tangible proof that Donald Trump not only conned the American public but is engineering a most sinister agenda against millions of Americans. His story is not about the public enemies that are so portrayed in the movies most notably by James Cagney and Humphrey Bogart but about how Donald Trump and the Republicans are aiming to do a full...

Out Going Lame Duck Obama Wants Democrats To Save ObamaCare

Wed, 04 Jan 2017 11:34:13 -0600

President Obama in his final days in office is doing everything he can to save ObamaCare, but the reality is, there is nothing to save. Most are drowning in ultra-high premiums and unusable health care insurance due to super exorbitant deductibles. Those who are actually qualified for ObamaCare (Affordable Health Care Act) don't have any choices, can't pick their doctors, and most of those who are supposed to pay something - are not even paying their premiums. The entire ObamaCare program is a disaster. What does our lame duck president want to save? There is nothing to save, and the Affordable Healthcare Act (AHA) is about to implode on its own - it isn't savable as it is.

Venezuela's Oil Sector In Late 2013

Thu, 29 Dec 2016 06:47:22 -0600

When Bernie Sanders announced his candidacy, and called himself an admitted socialist, I thought to myself "oh my god, they want to turn America into Venezuela," and then I remember back in 2013 when Venezuela fell apart after so many mistakes by Hugo Chavez, their socialist President, turned quasi-dictator. Meanwhile, I found it interesting that Democrats in our country said Venezuela's meltdown didn't have anything to do with socialism, rather they said it had to do with poor leadership mistakes made by the President there. Well, yes, but he did all the things socialist leaders do when they get into power.

Our Untapped Potential in 2017

Wed, 28 Dec 2016 07:39:29 -0600

Voters can make a difference in their lives if they consider political engagement at the policy level. It's simple, empowering and has been done before.

The Real Problem With Inefficient Government

Wed, 28 Dec 2016 07:26:01 -0600

It seems today, the American Voter, or at least half of them look towards the government whenever there is a problem. They want the government to fix it - the problem is the government bureaucracy can barely take care of itself, much less all of us. And, even if they could give you everything you want, big governments are notoriously bad for societies in the long-term, as they can take everything you have when they no longer need you. Smart Leadership in the 21st Century

Tue, 27 Dec 2016 11:33:45 -0600

Although we may claim that the world has gravitates from authoritarian rulership and that most countries in the world operate under a democratic ambience, but in certain parts of the world and over certain organisations preside some leaders who still lord over their followers without giving them a say at all in the affairs. Every nation and society has its own leader, but what distinguishes the smart leaders in the world today from the bosses and the not-so-smart leaders? Consider the following traits.

Dear Liberals, Don't Cry Over Trump's Victory - It Was Destined To Happen

Tue, 27 Dec 2016 09:06:48 -0600

Now, what next? Will Trump declare a crusade against Muslims? Will he drive all the immigrants out of the US? Will he impose curbs on women and dehumanize them? Will he unleash a tempest of Islamophobic, xenophobic sentiments to trigger widespread riots and unrest all across the world as predicted by the left-liberals?

Trump's Generals - The Militarized Government

Tue, 27 Dec 2016 08:12:11 -0600

Donald Trump's appointment of numerous former and current generals to cabinet posts is truly remarkable. Although it may be perceived as a "get tough" approach to protect America's core interests overseas, it also serves as a domestic military command should America come under attack domestically - even against its own citizens legally protesting government policies.

Academic Liberal Professors Are Worried About Their Social Warrior Justice Progress

Tue, 27 Dec 2016 07:02:11 -0600

Is the political career of the social justice warrior dead? Are they needed anymore? With all the so-called progress they've made you'd think they'd want to take a victory lap - and yet, just as they were preparing to do that, and take it one step further, their movement was caught short by a larger wave - a Tsunami and Rogue Wave of common sense. Still, the buzz words of equality, sustainability, social justice are still alive and well at our academic institutions and they are not going to give up without a fight. Many are banding together in solidarity to show their groupthink ideals by way of protest and propaganda.

University Professors Against Donald Trump?

Tue, 27 Dec 2016 07:00:45 -0600

Recently, in an open letter that hit social media and our community by storm, a local University professor blasted Donald Trump in a non-factual tirade, where are the fact-checkers when you need them, right? His open letter to the faculty, staff, students and community sounded like he stood on moral high ground as he begged the readers to sign the letter and forward it to their social media sites.

Capitalism Is King

Capitalism in America has corrupted our democracy. How have we come to let the interest of the wealthy few represent the policies affecting the majority of the people?

Globalization Paper on Brexit

Wed, 21 Dec 2016 10:44:15 -0600

Globalization is one of the most important topics that affect our world. One of the more recent problems in the world has been that of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union, known as Brexit. The U.K. held a vote to decide whether to stay in the E.U. or leave, and with a 51.9 percent majority they decided to leave. Rita Ricketts Director of Blackwell Projects said, "People voted for Brexit because they were angry and felt marginalized." This led to unrest in the population, due to uncertainty of the future and the potential downfall of the United Kingdom. This paper will discuss some of the economic and political issues that the United Kingdom now faces.

A Reflection Of The Future Republican Political Party Under Donald Trump

Tue, 20 Dec 2016 13:37:49 -0600

The Republican Party base propped the established leaders of the Republican Party up under the falsehoods fed to them for the purpose of the old established Republican Party keeping their self gains in constant movement. With the constant failure's of the other political party the old propped up leadership of the Republican Party is being taken down with the opposition political party.

Rebuilding the Republican Party - 2013 Flashback

Tue, 20 Dec 2016 07:18:45 -0600

Back in 2013 I recall having a conversation about politics at our think tank, the Republicans had just lost and Barack Obama was reelected for another 4-years and everyone in the media told us that the Republican Party might not ever win another election and that it was over. Fast forward today and we see that it is the Democratic Party that is splintered and in need of a rebuild. So, let's talk about the pendulum of American Politics shall we?

Is All Politics Based On Race, Class And Color?

Sat, 17 Dec 2016 09:07:49 -0600

Not long ago, I talked with a gentleman who'd gone to college here to learn how to become a teacher, he then moved back to India. He was extremely interested in our crazy 2016 Presidential Election. In looking at the elections in his own country and ours in the US, he made some interesting comments, and our think tank took notice because he is not alone in his belief system about US politics as we've surveyed many others who feel similar. My acquaintance from India stated.

It Can't Be Christmas

Thu, 15 Dec 2016 07:09:50 -0600

Many are wondering it really can't be Christmas especially after this past years election. The travesty of it all. Through-out the land perplexed and bewildered individuals numbering in the millions remain shell shocked in disbelief.

Donald J Trump Is Not The President of the United States - Yet!

Tue, 13 Dec 2016 09:15:16 -0600

Donald J. Trump received 306 Electoral Votes, surpassing the necessary 270 electoral votes. However, the Electoral College has not voted on the 306 votes yet. That will be done at the State Capitols on December 19th. According to the New York Times on December 5, 2016, one Republican Christopher Suprun, a Republican presidential elector, one of 538 people will not give Trump his electoral votes. Suprun said he is opposed based on Trump's daily disqualifying policies. He says that Trump continues to stoke fears, bypassing opportunities to memorialize Ohio State after an attack there. His obsessive Tweets during the middle of the night. He engages in demagogy and will not detach from his business ties in Argentina, Bahrain, Taiwan and Turkey. Suprun feels he would be up for impeachment within the first year in office. Plus, his military choices like Gen Michael T. Flynn. He claims that Trump has a lack of duty and honor to the Constitution and he will not give him the electoral votes he holds as a presidential elector.

How About A Voting App So You Could Vote On Your SmartPhone?

Tue, 13 Dec 2016 06:55:55 -0600

During this last 2016 Presidential Election we noted a significant turn-out, but even that was only 58.6%, which was 135.6 million people, but realize that means 41.4% of our population did not vote. The total number of eligible voters in the US in 2016 was 231,556,622. What happened to everyone who didn't vote? Don't tell me they didn't care. Maybe we make it too difficult, maybe people didn't want to automatically be signed up for jury duty. Maybe voters are apathetic for other reasons - but I ask what if it were easier to vote, especially in the presidential years?

Why You Shouldn't Have Voted In The 2016 US Presidential Election

Mon, 12 Dec 2016 14:03:52 -0600

First of all, if you did vote for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton because you thought they'd make a good president (no sense in even suggesting the word "great") you ought to get your head examined. The vast majority of Americans recognize there are huge problems facing the United States- from economics to health to the environment to the social services- which require significant reform beyond anything Washington politicians- left or right- have proposed for decades. Yet time after time, and election after election, this vast majority of Americans duly trudge to the polls to deliver their...

Donald Trump Didn't Win the Election, Hillary Clinton Lost It

Mon, 12 Dec 2016 14:03:25 -0600

The media is still scratching its head as to why Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump, when the answer lies a little close for comfort. In the fact that the media, along with the conventional Democratic Party, has been disconnected to the real problems of the American public for years, if not decades.

The Gotham City White House and The Manhattan White House

Mon, 12 Dec 2016 07:54:23 -0600

With the rise of president elect Donald Trump, it's becoming increasingly obvious that he will be using his Manhattan trump headquarters as a major venue for governing in the presidency. It's also becoming increasingly evident that there needs to be a new popular term or terms coined to describe this venue, for both reporting and populist usage. I would like to be the first to formally suggest either "The Manhattan White House" or the "Gotham City White House".

A Christmas Surprise

Thu, 08 Dec 2016 07:40:37 -0600

Soon it will be Christmas and all thru the land not an economist was stirred by all the hype that Trump brought into the land. Forecast after forecast by the media paints a rosy picture unaware of what really lies ahead. But, still it is Christmas, a time that should provide good holiday cheer.

Universal Peace

Tue, 06 Dec 2016 14:20:44 -0600

Trump's Stunning Triumph, The Media's 9/11

Mon, 05 Dec 2016 07:50:19 -0600

Donald Trump's election victory represented a stunning embarrassing and humiliating blow to the credibility of media, pundits and pollsters. Despite their deep resources, their quantitative analysis was - for lack of a better word - "trumped" by the qualitative decisions by the large undecided block of voters as well as those who cleverly hid their intentions throughout the campaign.

Signs of These Tumultuous Times

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 07:28:45 -0600

Is it just me or is there a divided world emerging? We probably all know it's always been there. But with the advent of society's problem with and reaction to political correctness gone too far, the divisions are emerging everywhere and they're affecting lives - separating good friends, for instance, because the sharp malalignment of even one passionately felt issue disintegrates their affection.

The Presidential Election Recount Trend

Tue, 29 Nov 2016 08:37:25 -0600

It was a given that someone would call for a recount of the votes cast during the 2016 presidential election. This call for a recount is becoming a growing trend since the Florida election recount of the 2000 presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore, and augmented by the Washington gubernatorial election recount of 2004, the Vermont Auditor of Accounts election of 2006, the Florida congressional elections of 2006, and the United States Senate election in Minnesota in 2008.

The Six-Year-Old Politicians

Mon, 28 Nov 2016 13:40:06 -0600

We can continue down the path of war, hatred, greed and violence and obliterate ourselves, or we can create a new paradigm. The old paradigm is run by authorities who have grown-up bodies, but their brains are functioning as a six-year-old. At the moment six-year-old bullies are continually stirring up trouble to overrun humanity. We are at a crossroads. You can be a part of creating the new paradigm! Learn more at

Why Does Donald Trump Get So Much Screen Time?

Wed, 23 Nov 2016 10:52:13 -0600

How does the mainstream media works in America - An inside look Recently, many Democratic and Socialist friends of mine have commented on how the media provides Donald Trump unfair amounts of coverage while Bernie Sanders' mentions, even in the last leg of his race, didn't come close. I couldn't help but wonder if Donald Trump won the election without much coverage of his rhetorics and went on to act on the signature promises of his campaign, like the Muslim ban or the border wall, the same friends would go, "Oh, the media never told us."...

The New Ku Klux Klan Movement in America

Concerns About and Strategies for Dealing With the Election Results, From a Wellness Perspective

Mon, 21 Nov 2016 10:18:43 -0600

The nation is arguably as divided as it was in the years leading up to the election of Abraham Lincoln - and we all know how that turned out. Divisions are nearly equally divided not just between Democrats and Republicans and liberals and conservatives, but as well between urban and rural, young and old, educated and not so much and the prosperous and the have nots. There are more divisions, but this listing makes the point. So, what a wellness enthusiast to think and, more important, do about such a state of national affairs. A few suggestions are highlighted.

Meet the New Boss, Same As the Old Boss

Mon, 21 Nov 2016 09:55:12 -0600

Sorry to have to break it to you. The truth is that President-elect Donald Trump is not anti-establishment. Certainly he is the opposite to Hillary Clinton in many ways; he will bring different policies to the country and a new look to the White House. Yet these two are only opposite in the same way day is different from night. Day and night together make up one 24 hour cycle of a calendar day. Similarly, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton together comprised the whole of the 2016 presidential election.

The Real Apprentice: Donald J Trump, President of the United States

Wed, 16 Nov 2016 08:45:18 -0600

Democrats and Republicans have always been at odds in politics. Since the election of Franklin Delano Roosevelt; Americans reached a tipping point even back then. After World War II, America wanted to help as many people as they could and that theme has carried over into the 21st Century of politics. Since the New Deal was devised, it was a revolutionary boon for the Democratic Party. Forever thankful would the people be for helping them survive after the war that devastated families who lost so much.

U.S Universities Fail to Instill Appreciation of the Democratic Process

Mon, 14 Nov 2016 08:22:40 -0600

The fact that some Universities and their professors in the United States cancelled or postponed classes and projects to enable students deal with the trauma and stress they were experiencing following the result of the Presidential Election points to a singular failure of their part to fulfill their role as educators. As institutions of higher education and learning they are tasked with encouraging the development of the minds and intellect of young students so they will have the capacity to, inter alia, explore, research, analyse. comprehend, apply and disseminate experience and knowledge. They ought to enable students to rationalise and understand a range of complex information covering, public administration, social administration, economics, law and in the course of comparative studies develop appreciation of the democratic process and alternative political regimes. One could hope this is not just reserved for students of political sciences alone.

The American presidential election has now come to an end, and this has given people plenty to talk about. For some people, the result will be the best thing that could have happened, and for others, it will be the worst possible outcome.

White Power: How Do We Use It?

Thu, 10 Nov 2016 13:17:54 -0600

White people have elected Donald Trump and the Republican majorities in the House and Senate. That's white power. Now we need to think about how we use that power. do we use it to attack others or do we use it to truly help ourselves and helping all Americans? It's up to us.

Should Someone Delete Their 'Friends' If They Supported A Different Presidential Candidate?

Thu, 10 Nov 2016 13:13:29 -0600

Now that the election is over, it has given people the chance to share their views on what has taken place. This could be a time when one is happy about how it is has gone, or they could feel let down.

Social Media: Is Criticising Trump A Great Way To Gain Approval Online?

Thu, 10 Nov 2016 07:03:14 -0600

When someone has a social media account, there are a number of things that they can do. Even so, they might just prefer to use it to talk to their friends from time to time.

What Just Happened in 2016?

Wed, 09 Nov 2016 09:01:04 -0600

I suspect that a vast majority of Americans do not actively participate in government. My comment is not about employment in government, rather it is communication, sharing your views to elected officials who represent you. In many years, politicians worry about getting enough citizens to bother to vote at all. Voting is important, yet somehow, Americans do not understand that voting is only part of their responsibility as citizens. We are all supposed to pay attention to the activity of our elected officials and regularly tell them what we want them to do about crafting or refining laws that affect us.

Election Day 2016 - A Christian Standpoint

Wed, 09 Nov 2016 08:18:40 -0600

Election Day 2016. What does it really mean? There is more to life than politics.

Will Hillary And Her Supporters Continue To Blame The Russians For The Loss

Wed, 09 Nov 2016 07:00:18 -0600

The United States and our CIA often intervene in foreign elections to try to get the voters to vote one way or the other. Our President has tried to influence the elections in many countries with speeches - remember the Brexit Vote? Some world leaders are very upset in hindsight when they win - look at the President of Philippines for instance. Now then, none of this is new, we've been doing it all over the planet for decades, and we probably will continue to do so, even as we claim to be for democracy, aka: power to the people.

Chiefs Endorsing Political Parties: The View of an Anthropological Culturist

Tue, 08 Nov 2016 10:02:21 -0600

Chiefs are custodians of culture and arbitrators of riots in the society. They must remain neutral in all political activities in the nation so that they can effectively play their roles with dignity and respect. This will promote social cohesion and unity in a nation divided by political affiliations.

The Media: Does Hillary's Popularity Prove How Much Control The Mainstream Media Has?

Tue, 08 Nov 2016 07:09:23 -0600

When it comes to who would make the best president, it is not uncommon for people to talk about Hillary Clinton. As far as they are concerned, she could be seen as someone who has what it takes to lead America.

How the Green Party Gets to Five Percent in the 2016 Presidential Election

Mon, 07 Nov 2016 14:47:19 -0600

The Green Party faces an uphill challenge in the 2016 Presidential election to reach its 5% goal. However, a careful look at various demographics reveals that the path is not as daunting as many experts claim it to be.

Does The Media Focus On Donald Trump's Behaviour To Stop People From Seeing The Big Picture?

Mon, 07 Nov 2016 08:27:12 -0600

It is not uncommon to hear people talk about how bad Donald Trump is, and they could have a number of different reasons as to why they have come to this conclusion. In fact, they might not even feel the need to go into why they have this outlook.

Six Obama Parallels With the King of Babylon for Biblical End-Times

Fri, 04 Nov 2016 08:14:39 -0500

The book of Daniel is known for its prophecies that span the centuries and show amazing accuracy. In this article, we see the biographical chapters also have an application to "latter days" and end-times. The obvious is Obamacare from Daniel 1, but all of the first five chapters can fit what's been happening under Obama.

Donald Trump: Are Trump Supporters Idiots?

Thu, 03 Nov 2016 09:33:41 -0500

If someone pays attention to the mainstream media, they are likely to have heard a lot about both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. And while this could be due to the living in America, this might not be the case.

The 2016 Election: Hold Your Nose and Vote

Tue, 25 Oct 2016 09:41:27 -0500

The 2016 election has been overshadowed with superfluous, irrelevant issues. And neither candidate promises to fix the real issues plaguing America...

Why Donald Trump Will Win the US Presidency in a Landslide

Tue, 25 Oct 2016 08:08:16 -0500

The claim that Donald Trump will win the 2016 presidency in a landslide may seem surprising to some. After all, the media arrogantly assert that Hillary Clinton is the certain winner. The reality is that there are historical reasons why Donald Trump will be our next president.

When the Electoral College Represents a Dictatorship: A False Reflection of the Will of the People

Fri, 21 Oct 2016 13:39:44 -0500

Until 1824, there were no popular votes in U.S. Presidential elections to determine the vote of the Electoral College for the President of the United States. During, and after 1824, unscrupulous Presidential candidates, such as Presidential Candidate and Secretary of State John Q. Adams, used the Electoral College to manipulate their successful selection as President through the U.S. House of Representatives. This was how Andrew Jackson lost the Election of 1824, when he won the popular vote and the Electoral vote. It looks like Hillary's long-arm can probably extend into the 2016 Presidential Election to arrange for California's 55 Electoral votes to go to her, even if Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump wins the California popular vote. Would this be a violation of the will of the California electorate? Read on for a cogent examination of these issues...

I'm Gonna Keep An Eye On You

Fri, 21 Oct 2016 07:36:45 -0500

Did you know that a great heart shines though its owner's personality? Think about it. Are you not drawn to be near people who smile, who are generous, happy, trustworthy, genuine, and true, as if they were a light and you were a moth? The light in them shines even brighter when the heart of a good person is in the body of a philosopher.

The Implosion of The Republican Party

Thu, 20 Oct 2016 13:37:26 -0500

Allowing an outsider to run for President of the United States is believed to be the biggest mistake the Republican Party has made to date. Outside of electing President Nixon and having to impeach him; the Republican Party has struggled to gain diversity in their party for more than half-a-century. The leadership of the Republican Party refuses to change the projection of their party. The Republican Party continues to listen to old Party favorites from the 1940s and 1950's.

Donald's Attempt to Drag Speaker Paul Ryan

Thu, 20 Oct 2016 13:37:24 -0500

My opinion probably won't make a difference in the 2016 election, but it will allow us to see another side of the process. President Barack Obama is from my city. There are over four decades of popular candidates that reside in Chicago and President Obama happens to be one of them. The other ones are Jesse Jackson Jr., Sandy Jackson (Jesse Jr.'s wife), Danny Davis, Bobby Rush, and Luis Gutierrez is the Congressman. In the case of Jesse Jr., who he is a former Congressman and his wife a former Chicago Alderman--who no longer serves. Another prominent leader and Mayor of Chicago was the first black mayor Harold Washington. He died suddenly during work and never regained consciousness. So, Chicago has offered up many political leaders; including former Senator Carol Moseley-Braun, who is the first and only black woman to win a Senate seat. Moseley-Bran, did not win her second election back in 1996 due to election funding irregularities.

If The Trump Movement Loses In The Election, Will Trump Honor The Results?

Thu, 20 Oct 2016 07:04:22 -0500

During the third and final 2016 Presidential Debate between Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald J. Trump, Mr. Trump was asked if he'd honor the election if he lost. He said he wasn't sure, we shall see, and then when asked again by the moderator to qualify that statement he doubled-down and is now taking heat for it. Some, including Hillary Clinton said she thought that was "Horrifying" which I guess is a nice term only a week after Halloween when voting takes place.

Who Hijacked The Republican Party?

Wed, 19 Oct 2016 14:14:45 -0500

Wondering where the Republican Party started to go wrong. If you look at history you will have your answer. The world has watched as the Republican Party of a span of 40 years has gone downhill, based on its own accord. A total re-establishing of what they represent is in order. If there is a push to create an alt-right party then say it. Nothing is more corrupt than sneaking around and not telling the American people that you expect to become an alt-right party. It is apparent that the GOP has some explaining to do when it is all said and done this fall.

The Constitutional Requirements for President of the United States Must Change

Wed, 19 Oct 2016 14:09:34 -0500

While looking at the candidates that we normally allow to run for President of the United States; there is no vetting for this job. The Constitution allows for us to be 35-years-old, a naturalized citizen, and lived in the United States for14 years. That is the lowest requirements for any job I've ever seen. We claim the job of President is the highest and most important job in the land--and we don't ask for a drug test, an application, a credit report, no taxes, no background test of any kind. It's the only job in the nation; that I am aware that you do not need more scrutiny than what the Constitution allows for the President.

The Whistleblower Effect on Police Departments

Wed, 19 Oct 2016 14:09:04 -0500

No one would have believed it had it not been for Police Officer Frank Serpico in New York, who testified against officers in the ranks, who were seemingly more and more corrupt, and participating in criminal activity. It only took one person to come forward. In the Rodney King beating four police officers in Los Angeles decided to change their posture and go against The Blue Code of Silence in that case. Can the same thing happen in other police departments all over the country and can change become a thing of the future and effectively change the notorious cultures within our police departments--those are the questions.

I Stand

Wed, 19 Oct 2016 08:34:09 -0500

If you exhibit national pride in 2016, you're labeled a jingoistic hoodlum or a xenophobic barbarian. You're regarded as an unsophisticated, uneducated, artless fool clinging to a dusty print of Norman Rockwell's America. You are inwardly pitied and outwardly mocked for being so very backward, provincial and unrefined. How on earth did we get here?

The Laundromat

Mon, 17 Oct 2016 08:50:03 -0500

Doing laundry is probably the most mundane chore that man is regulated to by their wives. Every week it is my dutiful obligation to keep the sanctity of marriage that I obediently comply in venturing off to the laundromat. In keeping with those never ending honey do lists there is no respite from "when you finish could you do this.

I'm A Starlet - The Worst Thing That Has Ever Happened - A Billionaire Tried To Kiss Me!

Mon, 17 Oct 2016 07:04:27 -0500

Wow, isn't this 2016 Presidential Election Campaign crazy? Hillary Clinton is running around like a man-hating feminist and her campaign is attacking Donald Trump on issues that are rather hilarious. I mean come on already, Donald Trump is the ultimate Alpha Male Billionaire boys club member - what does America want a weak pansy-ass man who has coward down to be walked over by the feminist movement? That certainly wouldn't be a leader I'd want to lead the United States of America in the age of Nuclear Terrorism. BTW - nuclear terrorism era only exists because of mistakes made by the Obama Administration, UN, IAEA, US State Department and this notion of "win their hearts and minds" by rolling over and giving them whatever they want in the Iran Nuke Deal negotiations.

Don't Elect A President Of The United States In 2016

Fri, 14 Oct 2016 14:06:03 -0500

There is no provision in the United States Constitution that would permit the people of the United States from refusing to elect a President. Essentially, if a single vote is cast, the one who receives that one vote would become President. No one has conceived and codified into law what to do if not a single vote is cast.

Feminist Are People Too, My Friends

Thu, 13 Oct 2016 09:51:23 -0500

The articles that I read are trying to dismiss what feminism means and disparage the women who have been considered fighting for women's rights. This season of political nonsense and for the first time having a strong woman running for President of the United States is coming under attack--and I want to assess why it's happening.

The Media: Why Is The Mainstream Media Biased When It Comes To Presidential Candidates?

Wed, 12 Oct 2016 15:24:17 -0500

There are times when the media has a number of things that they focus on, and then there are others when this is not going to be the case. Instead, they can have one area that will take centre stage, so to speak.

Frustrated Plebeians

Wed, 12 Oct 2016 10:48:21 -0500

Freedom and emancipation from the clutches of the global oppressor-the Great Britain- materialized almost seven decades ago.Pakistan came into being and waves of glee were felt across the Indus valley of yore.

Our Modern Plight: An Observation Into Our Current State in Time & How It Affects Us All

Wed, 12 Oct 2016 10:43:27 -0500

As of lately the media has portrayed much chaos, all at an immensely alarming rate, and not just local predicaments, but major events taking place globally. Everyday you hear news of "Shootings" "Riots" "Attacks" etc. Simply put, its violence affecting vast amounts of people.

From Minds of Reasonable American Voters to the Ballot Box: Forget the Media, Accept the Facts

Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:51:07 -0500

There are a great many intelligent American Voters who know the difference between what is right, and what is wrong; between what is moral and what is immoral; between what is deceitfully criminal and what is not. I also believe that there are a great many voters in 2016 who are ambivalent about what their choice will be between two candidates for the U.S. Presidency on November 9th. I believe that there is only one viable choice that can be made to ensure that the American doesn't go down the sewage drain any further than it has during the last eight years. It is really a basic different as clearly denoted as between daylight and pitch darkness, as between the blackness of mortal sin and the clean whiteness of the driven snow. All human beings have that precious gift from God to discern this basic difference. Read on for a further understanding of this difference.

The Solution to Racism in Scotland, the United Kingdom, America, and Even Globally!

Fri, 07 Oct 2016 07:43:09 -0500

These are trying times. There is a lot of hatred and bitterness around. Don't let hate infect your heart, nor allow bitterness to ruin relationships. We are witnessing hatred on a massive scale, caused by various incidents. "We cannot let hatred spread" was a headline in a recent newspaper. A racist is a person who hates the person of another race, and can be a bigot, a bully, making insensitive jokes and jibes about others, seeking to belittle them. Jesus Christ calls disciples to be peacemakers, or reconcilers. Who says you are better than others? We hear people say, "I am proud of being a Scot" - but did we have any choice? If I hate because of culture, colour, or accent, it is because I am ignorant and in the darkness, and I am blind and cannot see.

Strategy Of The Cayman Islands

10 Reasons Never-Trumpers Need To Just Get Over It

Thu, 29 Sep 2016 10:27:11 -0500

Yes, There Are Dozens - I'm Stopping At 10 I know this article is going to cause most Never-Trumpers to roll their eyes and start mumbling about principles and temperament, but someone has to take the initiative to state the obvious. I hope my message gets past the initial reaction of "not another one".

Hillary Clinton's Economic Plan Meets The Definition of Insanity - Let Me Explain

Wed, 28 Sep 2016 08:08:03 -0500

Well, like 50% of the 81 million Americans who watched the first face-to-face presidential debate of the 2016 Election, I turned it off after about 25-30 minutes. Why you ask? Well, it was just nonsense, political theater in my view. One thing I can say is that Hillary Clinton described something so similar to what Obama promised he'd do to create jobs during the 2008 election. He implemented much of his promised economic plan, but to no avail.

Operating Above The Law

Tue, 27 Sep 2016 07:33:42 -0500

When American History is taught there is an oversight. An oversight that has universal consequences of how our government has morphed into this self serving bureaucracy that we have today. What is being purposely omitted in every history class pertains to the original 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
