Thu, 20 Oct 2016 09:16:15 -0500Do you have a prophetic gift? Have you ever felt led by the Holy Spirit to speak a word of prophecy over another person? Have you ever wanted to increase your anointing as you give a word from God to someone? Do you want to improve your gift?
Tue, 18 Oct 2016 13:28:04 -0500Many people have heard the gospel. They know they need God's forgiveness and need to come to Christ, but they don't seem either able or willing to take that vital next step. Often there is an intense struggle, and a fear that all control of life will be lost keeps them from taking that step. Often there is a fear that life will become deadly dull and religious, which keeps people from the all-important step. Sound familiar? This article aims to make the issues clear.
Tue, 18 Oct 2016 13:27:17 -0500There is one passage of scripture where no one was in earshot of Jesus except His true disciples. We can take great encouragement from what He said in this passage.
Tue, 18 Oct 2016 13:27:06 -0500Public figures are eager for a following on social media. People are fickle, though, and they can choose to "unfollow" whenever that figure is out of favor. When you decide to follow Jesus, it is eternally life changing.
Tue, 18 Oct 2016 08:06:45 -0500God is calling loudly to us this morning in the words of Paul: 24 Friends, stay where you were called to be. God is there. Hold the high ground with him at your side.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 10:13:53 -0500Don't just think of yourself and simply want more and do things with your body that makes it dirty. Do things that will make you and Jesus proud of your body.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:55:39 -0500We must get rid of all the wrong things inside us. They hold us back. They stand between us and our blessings. God will provide the power to get rid of them.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:55:36 -0500We talk a lot about God and church and doing good, but the question is whether God's power is active in us. Do other people see and feel God's power when you're with them?
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:54:22 -0500Sin prevents you from experiencing total peace and joy. Therefore, I must let go of it immediately.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:54:17 -0500Know that God wants to use you to make a difference where you are. You are His chosen one. Become still, be sensitive and listen. Look for places where God wants to use you today and do it, because then you are exactly living your calling. Do what God would like to do to other people.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:54:06 -0500We shouldn't mess with what God gives us. One day we'll be held accountable for it and we'll have to take a beating for what we did to our children.

Mon, 17 Oct 2016 09:52:23 -0500A small bit of sin is like yeast and gradually works through your whole life, with the result that the handbrake is pulled up. Loosen the handbrake. Throw away the yeast. Clean up and brush sin from your life. Then you will become a link in God's kingdom.
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 07:54:24 -0500The Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage and I were getting ourselves situated in the living room with some after supper coffee while watching the little bit of TV. These days, a little bit of TV is about all a person can handle. Nothing quite measures up to a nice hot cup of coffee after a scrumptious supper and if anybody can scrumpturize a supper, it is the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage. Every once in a while she will point out the fact that I am not as skinny as I once was. My response to her is simply this, "It's your fault for being such a wonderful cook."
Thu, 13 Oct 2016 08:45:18 -0500Names which identify systems of Christian belief have at times become the simplistic label of orthodoxy for different groups. John Calvin, the 16th century French Protestant Reformer, is a marked example. Some of what is popularly taken to be 'Calvinism' still causes misunderstanding among Christians. Here, is why I think it is not especially helpful to describe oneself as a Calvinist.
Tue, 11 Oct 2016 07:06:05 -0500The Bible implies that anyone following truth to the best of their ability is following Christ because He said, 'I am the Truth.' The problem comes with religions that don't teach Bible truth or they change it to suit culture and their own practices. Christ who loves everyone is judge, but He implied that many who are religious are self-deceived in Matthew 7.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 15:14:36 -0500Jews always considered Samaritans the worst racists. This reference is because the Samaritans were very hostile and inhospitable towards the Jews.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:46:16 -0500Across America, Believers are resurrecting the exhibiting of lawn sighs that depict the Ten Commandments. So many Christians are having trouble with the fourth one, for they believe it is not valid for the Church today. If that is so why not erase it from their placards and promote just the Nine Commandments? Really?
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:44:19 -0500When the new smoking legislation was passed, I was still a full-on smoker. The new law forced manufacturers to inform all smokers in no uncertain terms about the dangers of smoking. I didn't take much notice.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:44:18 -0500Jesus must be the foundation of our lives. We shouldn't chase after fame, money or happiness. No, Jesus must be at the centre of our lives.

Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:44:12 -0500We spent Easter Weekend with friends on the river at Swellendam. Next to us was a couple with a small baby. As I watched them I realized that I'd forgotten how much a small baby depends on his parents.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:44:11 -0500Chase the own self from the chair and put your neighbour there. Live for your neighbour, because then you are living precisely according to God's will for your life. Real joy and happiness will bowl you over.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:44:10 -0500Outside the world is making a big noise and the Holy Spirit's voice is soft. Actually, everything is working against the Spirit and we must become quiet to hear the Spirit. We must realise that we must make space for the Spirit inside us. We must allow the own self to get off the chair to make space for the Holy Spirit. Then we'll experience His impact on our lives. Then we'll get to know God. Then we'll know what His will for our lives is. Then we'll be able to make a real impact on the lives of others, because we know God and we know this is precisely what He wants us to do. And all thanks to the work of the Holy Spirit inside us.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:41:56 -0500Be wise and give God more space in your life. Make God a part of your life 24 hours a day. In a way this is a kind of insurance that we take out against stupid decisions.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:41:28 -0500Rather do your work to the best of your ability. Make sure that no fingers can point at you or at your work.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:39:44 -0500It's not always easy to live your calling. But every child of the Lord is expected to work in the Kingdom.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 08:39:40 -0500God still speaks through His Word today! We must believe this with all of our hearts. We must go to His Word with this expectation. Somewhere around the corner God will surprise you.
Mon, 10 Oct 2016 07:56:39 -0500One of the experiences of Jesus that has, for many, ruled him out of being the final Great Prophet is the story of his crucifixion. A widespread belief holds Jesus was merely one in a line of prophets and who escaped death at the last minute as God saved him by getting someone else to die in his place. Does it matter, what difference would it make between his actual death and his being swapped for someone else?
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:37 -0500We miss the target so easily. It is often about me and my way of believing. Let it go and use that energy to take Jesus' message of salvation to the people out there.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:34 -0500Often things happen to us that we don't understand. Sometimes we throw a little tantrum, because we feel wronged and it's not funny, because everybody has it, only we don't. Then it is time to remember this one. God is busy protecting you and equipping you. He is in the process of giving you everything you need. Even if He does it in a strange way, like through a dream, you simply have to be sensitive. And listen. God will provide everything you need. Just wait!
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:31 -0500If you are worrying about something or do not know how you will cope, or don't know where the money for the next instalment is coming from, God promises you this: He will never leave you. God will give you what you need! Just remember, this is not always everything that we want, but rather what we need.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:28 -0500Paul wrote to the congregation in response to the news that he had received about them. A letter addressing these irregularities and also reprimanding them. But he also teaches and encourages them and discusses those topics about which they were not clear.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:23 -0500Justified can be defined as follows: a state of moral perfection or flawlessness. Jesus made it so that the picture that God has of us is a perfect picture. This is where Jesus puts the sunglasses before God's eyes so that He sees only people without sin.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:19 -0500We have a responsibility of faith in God. We must put energy into our relationship with God. How do you really get to know someone? Spend time with him. Walk the roads that he walks through the world, then you will understand that person's being. Then you will understand God's plans for your life. Then you will in a way experience God's awesome power in your own life. Then you will easily run across the bridge of faith.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:11 -0500What reason do we have not to obey God's command for our lives? God is not looking for people who can do everything perfectly and who have the best training to do the job. God turns things upside-down, because He gives in-house training. He simply asks that you are willing - that's all. Whether you stutter or not. God wants you just as you are. Even if you are unimportant in the eyes of the world and even in the eyes of the church, it is you that the Lord wants. He even turns your value upside-down and you become important, you become invaluable for God's work that has to continue here on earth.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:48:04 -0500Let's get back to the simple message and do what Paul says: 4... and so nothing I said could have impressed you or anyone else. But the Message came through anyway. God's Spirit and God's power did it...
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:47:54 -0500What wonderful news! It shows us another piece of God's heart. God is so different. Where will you ever find another god willing to give His Spirit to His children? Well, our God does it. Our God doesn't want us stumbling around in the darkness because we don't know Him. No, God wants us to get to know Him. Knowledge is very important in a good relationship. How can I work on my relationship with someone if I don't know him or her? God knows this. Therefore, He makes a plan and sends His Spirit to live in everyone who believes in Him.
Sun, 09 Oct 2016 08:47:47 -0500Sometimes we have to shut our eyes and peer past our circumstances. We must look at the past, where God's plan was nailed to a cross. Here we see God's whole heart and it is running over with one thing: Love. We must realize that God loved us so much that Jesus was prepared to hang on a cross so that we do not have to bear the punishment for our sins. God's plan came into effect to make it easy for us to get to heaven. That is God's heart.

Wed, 05 Oct 2016 08:41:16 -0500Of all of those Big Questions central to philosophical concepts that surround life, the universe and everything, the realms of theology and religions and the nature of deities continue to fascinate. Opinions proliferate in books, articles, videos, conversations in bars and pubs, and in fact anywhere and everywhere two or more humans are in proximity. There's the pro side; there's the anti-side. There aren't too many fence-sitters. I'm still in the anti-camp as my seventh helping of "Religious Bits & Pieces" illustrate.
Tue, 04 Oct 2016 10:12:34 -0500Black lives matter has created considerable controversy over its approach to bringing about needed change in American society. At the heart of the controversy is the age old question of how best to create lasting change.
Tue, 04 Oct 2016 07:41:17 -0500Does that title sound over the top, fanatical, way too religious, as if describing an ecstasy of high emotion? If it does, I must answer 'No that's not what I mean, but I'll tell you what I do mean'.
Mon, 03 Oct 2016 09:21:41 -0500Walking with God is being in His presence without any thought of petitioning or desiring anything from Him. It is just basking in the reality of His being. It is not about us; rather, it is all about Him.
Mon, 03 Oct 2016 08:52:39 -0500Faith is like a seed. It starts as something small and over time grows into something larger that allows us to do great things in Christ's name.
Mon, 03 Oct 2016 08:20:40 -0500The suffering, poverty, displacement, and sheer horror that Muslims are experiencing in a world where they flee their own home-grown terrorism poses this question. The Mosques in which they unite with their God are breeding grounds for more of the same. Many are murdered or otherwise killed while undergoing sacred pilgrimages, such as the Hajj, and small orphaned children recovered from raids bring tears to the eyes of witnesses.
Mon, 03 Oct 2016 08:20:19 -0500It is not hard to understand why we are in the last days. Many accept that this world is doomed and cannot survive man's behaviour much longer. The question is why?
Fri, 30 Sep 2016 13:24:04 -0500The words hit home, 'Nothing goes as fast as time' when I congratulated a person celebrating 25 years of business; it had indeed flown! 'Time flies' as the old saying goes. But what does time mean for Christianity? In a few short minutes, I need to think about this challenge.
Fri, 30 Sep 2016 08:58:42 -0500When God spoke to the people in Old Testament times, he pointed his final revelation in Jesus. Through Jesus, God provided the perfect vehicle of expression. He translated deity into humanity, and this revelation was absolute, infallible and authoritative. The world in its entirety was given to Christ as the heir of all things. As executor of the divine will, he will return one day to enforce all of its clauses.
Thu, 29 Sep 2016 08:09:03 -0500God hates idolatry/occultism with passion. In fact, this is the primary reason why He warned Israel against marrying from other nations or allowing heathen foreigners to live in their midst. He didn't want them to be polluted by those idolatry nations. God warned them that idolatry and occultism, witchcraft, fortune-telling, sorcery, mediums or psychics, calling forth the spirits, Satanism, making marks on their bodies, sacrifices and rituals would bring down the divine punishment (curses) upon them and their subsequent generations, up to the forth generations. And if the next generations still refuse to repent, the curses will continue to extend indefinitely. My God! Please, before we go on, let's see some of the curses that will come upon those that get involve in idolatry and occultism. We see some of these manifesting in some families today. Yes, God has told us that the curses will be generational. That is, from parents to their children, to their children's children. And they will continue until anyone breaks out of the chain.
Wed, 28 Sep 2016 08:11:33 -0500Declare into the ears of God's people that like a bird that has been caught in a net, so are many of God's people. Get ready to be free and get ready for your exodus.
Tue, 27 Sep 2016 13:13:34 -0500The gospel of Christ is always at the forefront of spiritual battle, and never far from hostile opposition. Why is it so much ridiculed and despised, and has this caused Christians to go slow on living by the gospel and sharing its good news? Over the last 20 or 30 years sustained opposition to the gospel of Christ and to Christians in general, has been growing. In the face of all this should Christians soften their message to gain acceptance, or is it high time to recover confidence in the gospel and to share it prayerfully, powerfully and relevantly?
Tue, 27 Sep 2016 07:36:40 -0500The problem with walking by faith is that we try to fit faith into our lifetime experiences. We can talk about faith, but to walk in faith is an entirely different thing. Weak faith is a result of weak reading.
Mon, 26 Sep 2016 09:59:10 -0500Tamil Nadu, known as the Land of Temples, has about 33,000 ancient temples and many of them are more than 1000 years old! People from all over India take temple tour packages to visit pilgrimages in Tamil Nadu as the state is dotted with majestic temples. These will reflect the rich culture and heritage of the state.
Mon, 26 Sep 2016 08:40:11 -0500Is there actual evidence for the existence of God? Is there actual hard-cord logic that requires the existence of God? Theist William Lane Craig thinks so and is one of those True Believers. I personally think Craig's evidence and logic is extremely flawed. Let's have an examination, and for those of you who want Craig's side of the story, he has his own website and numerous YouTube video clips. Bring along your popcorn and a large grain of salt.
Mon, 26 Sep 2016 07:59:34 -0500The pursuit of money or all the things it can buy is the problem. It shows that we are putting our faith, our sense of security and our hope for the future in material goods. Instead, we need to put our hope in God.
Mon, 26 Sep 2016 07:57:51 -0500One can't watch the images of young children in places like Aleppo and Yemen who are suffering horrendous inhumanity without wondering why their God allows it? A recent report by a doctor in Yemin showed children starving to death while their communities are bombed by a Muslim army in Saudi Arabia. Other reports from Syria show tragic scenes of despair and horror as children bleed and die while their parents pray to Allah.
Fri, 23 Sep 2016 11:09:47 -0500Will people be really be happy in heaven if some of the people they love are not there? What does the Bible teach us about heaven, that can give us a hint towards answering this question?
Fri, 23 Sep 2016 07:41:34 -0500If you were to ask the average Christian (whatever that means) how many people they have led to Jesus Christ, the number would be alarmingly small. The majority of Christians know they have a spiritual obligation to share the Gospel, but how to do it is an entirely different question.
Thu, 22 Sep 2016 10:19:06 -0500There is much ado about what constitutes reality. Many philosophers want to leave the Creator out of the picture and like to use the conundrums of sciences like quantum physics for that. Christians need not to be bothered by that.
Thu, 22 Sep 2016 08:04:41 -0500Ganesha the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is the bestower of good luck and prosperity. Know as the destroyer or removal of obstacles mankind has been blessed with riches and fortune since time immemorial.
Wed, 21 Sep 2016 13:25:38 -0500One of the things that attract divine curses that will always run generational is idolatry. Idolatry is simply giving God's place or worship to other things. It means leaving the creator to worship the created.. This worship could be to Satan, spirits, demons, angels, humans, animals, etc. Or to their inanimate representation in rocks, stones woods, images, objects, etc. Any form of diversion of God's place and worship to any created being or object is idolatry. Those that there parents practiced occultism, idolatry will always have a heavy generational price to pay. And the deeper the practice, the harder the curse. Curses that follow idolatry and occultism are often terrible. And this is what many families are going through.True.
Wed, 21 Sep 2016 13:21:58 -0500Quite apart from how much this question applies to me, my aim here is to extend it in a wide-reaching sweep that may even include you. I say that because as a Christian I know a little of my own heart and how this self-critical tendency is not always healthy and can be quite damaging to our mental composure. I need to develop this.
Mon, 19 Sep 2016 09:23:52 -0500The article tells about the rise and fall of the man George R Price. It also tells about how his theory changed the rules set up by God.
Mon, 19 Sep 2016 08:31:16 -0500It is refreshing to hear salespeople tell the truth about what they are really selling, but what genuine snake oil salesman will freely admit that what he's selling, as a cure to a terrible disease, is really snake oil and nothing more? What real used-car salesman will admit to his gullible customer that the vehicle that he, or she, is representing as a mechanically sound automobile is really a dilapidated lemon. In like fashion, what typical Mormon full-time missionary will admit to a struggling Christian, who is a prospective Mormon, the truth about Mormon theology; that it is polytheistic in nature and content? These missionaries are conditioned in Provo, Utah, at the LDS Mission Training Center on the BYU Campus, to only provide their investigators with the scripted doctrines and theology contained in the standard six discussions. So, it is rare when two Mormon full-time missionaries tell the truth about real Mormon theology Christians. Recently, a Christian had this atypical experience. What occurred during this encounter was, and is, a poignant paradox.
Mon, 19 Sep 2016 08:28:08 -0500The LDS (Mormon) Church does not publicize the very disturbing fact that a very large number of its active membership, men, women, and children, in the USA are an extremely depressed and dysfunctional segment of their religious society. These people are usually prescribed psychotropic drugs by LDS psychiatrists and psychologists who are employed by LDS Social Services, a Mormon Church-run organization designed to keep depressed Mormons actively involved in their church activities. The main reason that these men, women, and children are sorely depressed is because they believe that they can never be good enough to please their deity; and that if they can't succeed in doing something through human work, they are in some way inferior to other Mormons who can succeed in doing it. Unfortunately, they don't understand the true salvation that Jesus offers through his grace, through the shedding of his precious blood on the cross. Read on to understand the Mormon doctrine of salvation in comparison to the real Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mon, 19 Sep 2016 08:26:42 -0500Each and every one of us is a gift from God. In addition, God has given each of us different gifts. He wants us to use these gifts to do his work in our world. With these gifts we can do mighty things. God has gifted all of his people differently so that together they might work in unity for the sole purpose of the Gospel.
Mon, 19 Sep 2016 08:26:10 -0500The consequences of sin are hard. The price is heavy. It's time to plead for God's mercy. It's time to confess our sins and ask God to restore and rebuild us. We must not give up on God, because he does not give up on us. God can break the cycle of sin. God wants us to come to him because we love him, and not because we think God will bring us good things.
Fri, 16 Sep 2016 08:05:50 -0500Philosophical concepts that surround life, the universe and everything, including those realms of theology, religions and the nature of deities continue to fascinate. Opinions proliferate. There's the theist pro side; there's the atheist anti-side. There aren't too many fence-sitters. I'm still in the anti-camp as my sixth essay over and on "Religious Bits and Pieces" illustrate.
Wed, 14 Sep 2016 10:00:08 -0500This title makes a large claim, and as Jesus' death by crucifixion took place nearly two thousand years ago, how on earth could it still be relevant today? In this brief article I will not deal with the historic nature of Jesus' death. There is an abundance of material that confirms the many evidences for his death. So here, I am rather thinking about how Jesus' death has a powerful relevance to people today.
Tue, 13 Sep 2016 15:36:01 -0500In a typical religious ploy of deceitful manoeuvres Muslims believe that only in death will they receive favors from Allah. They are as confused and misled by the after-life as the rest of the world. Religion deals in magic and slight of hand.
Tue, 13 Sep 2016 15:35:53 -0500After my reincarnation and with knowledge that heaven and hell are non-existent my search for the facts about religious origins came with me from my former life. It was during the transition to this life that a vision showed me what was ahead and that the age of 45 years would be special. That is when the Spirit came and commissioned me to 'tear down the wall of churches and bring in the harvest.
Mon, 12 Sep 2016 08:23:58 -0500I wonder how many Believers find it difficult to stay focused when they pray. I know it is difficult to admit that we might have "prayer anemia," but to go through a form of praying with a lack of excitement and expectation if falling short of what is expected of every Believer.
Mon, 12 Sep 2016 08:08:21 -0500Gretta Vosper, a popular 57 year old Canadian minister who calls herself an atheist minister preached for nearly two decades about love, kindness, and human connection. Recently she was deemed "unsuitable to continue serving" by the United Church of Canada's Toronto Conference Review Committee.
Mon, 12 Sep 2016 07:49:26 -0500No one deserves or earns salvation. It is all about God and His grace. Jesus did everything right so we could be made right. In spite of our sins, he continues to reach out to us. He continually promises to heal and help those who come to him.
Mon, 12 Sep 2016 07:45:25 -0500The soul is an entity invented by men in the belief that they could become suns in the sky when married to 'Mary', the name of the sun in Babylon. 'Soul' is from 'sol' for 'sun' and it literally means 'light-circle-god'. The description means it applies to the followers of the religion of that city, which is known as 'Zoro Aster' or 'morning star'.
Mon, 12 Sep 2016 07:41:53 -0500Anyone who reads through Revelation Chapter 17 knows immediately who it is addressing. There is only one Mary and it was taken to Rome from Babylon by the Amor who built Roma (reverse Amor). 'She' is the stylised version of the sun-star whom men created so they could 'marry' Mary.
Sun, 11 Sep 2016 10:15:21 -0500What makes people so gullible as to believe in the stories and hype surrounding so-called saints? With the latest deception fresh in our minds as the 'canonisation' of yet another dead person shifted focus once more to the heavenly realm the sheep were out in force to follow. They are deceived and unrighteous fools who are dragged into the net of deceit that has served to make the Catholic Church the richest organisation on earth.
Fri, 09 Sep 2016 07:28:49 -0500Prophecies in Revelation are full of mysteries and wonders. They speak of beasts and angels and other things that clearly are not physical in nature and yet what is shown therein is reality. We are in the last days and the promise is that at this time all things will be known including the identity of the two beasts described therein.
Fri, 09 Sep 2016 07:27:40 -0500While ISIS is the current focus of terror and extreme violence it is because the things of the past are not in the media. Following my reincarnation and with a strong link to the Spirit of the Universe, the only God, my pain from past experiences at the hands of religious zealots and the Catholic Church was not deadened. On the contrary my first day at school resulted in a hard kick to the nun's shin and a terrifying flight home as it all returned.
Fri, 09 Sep 2016 07:27:35 -0500God is not merciful or forgiving of those who are worshipers of false gods and spreaders of religious lies. To be qualified as a preacher one must attend a university and get a PhD so that the lies come out with conviction and credibility. One taught by God, however, requires no such accreditation and following my reincarnation and with a strong link to the Spirit it taught me the truth long before I could even understand it.
Fri, 09 Sep 2016 07:26:44 -0500People go to church believing that they are serving God when in reality they're victims of 666. My reincarnation and link to the Spirit of the Universe happened for a reason. Between lives a vision showed me that at age of 45 years my work would commence to overturn religious lies.
Wed, 07 Sep 2016 14:28:00 -0500Every believer is meant to be doing something in the house of God. God's plan for His church is that we should participate and not be idle in the work of ministry.
Wed, 07 Sep 2016 11:56:38 -0500The fashion in which Mormon theology and doctrine is publicly represented by the LDS Church before the Christian world is greatly different from the way Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Science, the Unification Church (Moonies), Scientology, Adventism, and Bahia represent themselves before the world public. Mormonism officially endeavors to hide its unchristian 19th Century doctrines by its policy of "lying for the Mormon lord," while the other aforementioned cults, and many others not mentioned, are proud their pagan doctrines and will truthfully inform their prospective members, and, in fact, anyone who asks about them, about them. In March of 2001, Robert L. Millet, an academic representative of Mormonism, inaugurated the 21st Century with the Mormon Church's public rendition of its theology before the notable Christian theologians and scholars of the Harvard Divinity School, most of whom knew very little about the true 19th Century doctrinal history of the LDS Church. Exactly what did Robert L. Millet say during this presentation? Read on for an elucidation of these issues...
Wed, 07 Sep 2016 10:03:55 -0500Philosophical concepts that surround life, the universe and everything, including those realms of theology, religions and the nature of deities continue to fascinate. Opinions proliferate. There's the theist pro side; there's the atheist anti-side. There aren't too many fence-sitters. I'm still in the anti-camp as the following fifth instalment of "religious bits and pieces" illustrate.
Tue, 06 Sep 2016 21:52:02 -0500It appears to be a pastime of some authors to ridicule and deny the existence of God when they clearly have no idea about the overall picture. With memory of my reincarnation and a strong link to the Spirit of the Universe (the one real God) that picture is revealed. It begins with a powerful and overall precise plan that ends with man's stupidity and his false gods and ideas that interfere with it.
Tue, 06 Sep 2016 10:48:30 -0500When men blow themselves up in the name of Allah they have no idea that they are doing it for the sun. 'Allah' is from 'el-a' and it means 'god of power' and in Babylon it was the sun, Mary. The latter name means 'mother's powerful eye' and it was the object of religious formation and the start of Islam.
Tue, 06 Sep 2016 10:48:21 -0500The confusion brought about by lies and cover up, led mainly by the Vatican, created a huge wall of blindness from behind which the man numbered as 666 rules the world. He did God's bidding, however, by putting forth an image that many consider represents the Divine. He is the second beast of Revelation and his name is Constantine who established the Roman Catholic Church in the year 325 of the modern era.
Mon, 05 Sep 2016 08:09:57 -0500My reincarnation and knowledge that heaven and hell are fake and that man has grown in power due to the false gods and idolatry of religious systems led me to uncover the lie. My strong link to the Spirit of the Universe, the only real God, brought about a commission to "tear down the wall of churches and bring back the young." Months and years of teaching followed and the full picture of God's plan came to be known.
Sun, 04 Sep 2016 09:39:58 -0500Oh what a tangled web has been woven by the lies of the Catholic Church and its book, the New Testament. The latter was compiled by Jerome late 4th Century after the religion was established by Constantine in the year 325. The Emperor was an Islamist and a descendent of the Amors who had occupied Babylon, created the Persian Empire, and who built Roma (reverse Amor).
Sat, 03 Sep 2016 11:24:12 -0500The 5-point star is everywhere and very hard to miss. It sits on the shoulders of generals in just about every military system. It's on war machines and police vehicles and above major buildings including the Kremlin whilst it's also on the flags of most nations, including that of Australia, the USA, and China.
Fri, 02 Sep 2016 07:23:42 -0500If one could believe all of the bible and come to terms with the many contradictions in it then one must also question the reason why baptism is only mentioned in the New Testament. In the first chapters of Genesis there is no such condition placed on humans as far as salvation or abiding by the law of God is concerned. In the Old Testament the only law associated with man is circumcision of the penis, which is a Jewish law.
Thu, 01 Sep 2016 14:13:06 -0500The trinity is the most difficult thing to explain in Christianity but it is the best method to come to know God and have a relationship with Him. Since God is a spiritual being, it is only through the spirit that we can obtain fellowship with our Creator. Jesus Christ is the bridge between God and humanity. It is only through Christ that we can receive the Holy Spirit.
Thu, 01 Sep 2016 10:43:54 -0500Some atheists would say, if God is eternal why didn't he create an eternal nature? However, God does plan to create an eternal nature but inhabited by those that willfully chose to believe in Him and obey Him. This was His plan from the beginning.
Thu, 01 Sep 2016 09:33:55 -0500God is managing the Universe, its living beings for billions of years. and He is perfect. Humanity has invented new concepts such as; the Day of Judgement, permanency of the soul, and idol worship. We may be against idol worship, but our religious rituals have a tinge of idol worship. If our ancestors were persecuted by religious fundamentalists few centuries/ millenniums earlier, we settle our score with the present generation. We aggravate the problems. We have a divided humanity. Let's unify it.
Wed, 31 Aug 2016 08:29:30 -0500No one can stand in the way of God and not be punished. Christianity has nothing to do with the magic and superstition of the world. The power of God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit overcomes them all.
Wed, 31 Aug 2016 07:15:18 -0500Of all of those Big Questions central to philosophical concepts that surround life, the universe and everything, the realms of theology and religions and the nature of deities continue to fascinate. Opinions proliferate in books, articles, videos, conversations in bars and pubs, and in fact anywhere and everywhere two or more humans are in proximity. There's the pro side; there's the anti-side. There aren't too many fence-sitters. I'm still in the anti-camp as the following fourth instalment of "bits and pieces" illustrate.
