Hi William, It has been great reading your posts. I am actually conducting some similar research to your work on the Iran hostage crisis. I would love to clarify some of your data especially with regards to your April 25 1980 findings. Please contact me at mcroweharvey@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing more on your sources. Comment on Video: The ruling class is censoring the Internet by Cameron James

Mon, 27 Nov 2017 01:15:48 +0000

One of the reasons the ruling class can be successful in censoring the internet is the overall fragmented nature of the U.S. revolutionary left. Example: WSWS does some very good analysis on the nature of U.S. capitalism and the tendencies of capitalist rule to produce endless war and strife around the world; yet they also spend almost as much energy criticizing competing small circle orgs on the left thereby reducing our collective strength in organizing and mobilizing working class resistance to their bosses and the politicians that serve them. This must change if we are to effectively defend ourselves from ruling class attacks.

Comment on The Killing of History By John Pilger by Cameron James

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 23:38:59 +0000

John Pilger accurately pinpoints two of the main symptoms revealing a major backward step in the development of any real opposition to the continuing U.S. foreign policy of rule by mass murder. One is the potential acceptance by many progressives of the historical distortion perpetrated by Ken Burns' new documentary on the Vietnam War showing on PBS that the war “was begun in good faith by decent people out of fateful misunderstandings, American overconfidence and Cold War misunderstandings”. Two Pilger is struck by the silence and the absence of an opposition. In addressing Pilger's reaction It seems clear to me a part of this is due to the failure the radical left to unite and pound out a line on the absolute need to oppose U.S. imperialist regime change wars immanent today and carry out serious organizing to build the mass support necessary stop them. This small but energetic political sector is seemingly ignoring all the negative barriers these wars pose for any revolutionary change and disregards the terrible impact they have on the U.S. working classes. The war making tendencies of the U.S. ruling classes are a threat to progress that should at least put opposing it near top, if not the top of the current organizing agenda for all left orgs. That it is hardly visible at all today I think explains at least part of Pilger's concerns. I'm with Pilger and say to the organized U.S. radical left get off your asses.

Comment on Selected Articles: What Will Happen to France Now that Macron is Elected? by InI

I see, Johnstone is now responsible for the actions of others simply because she expressed an opinion? An opinion you obviously disagree with, hence your attempt at branding Johnstone as a fascist supporter. I suppose quoting Goebbels makes me Nazi sympathizer. Whose the fascist here? I think you miss the point of Johnstone's article completely! Your observations are ludicrous.

Diana Johnstone has nothing bad to say about Marine Le Pen, who she says "displayed no visible symptom of fascism and her program was favorable to lower income people and to world peace." As a result, this stupid article has been picked up by several alt-right and neo-Nazi websites and facebook pages. Congratulations to Johnstone and Global Research for giving aid and comfort to the far right!

So, according to you, instead of 100 innocents being slaughtered from the air, it's 'only' 97? Read a book? Aside from the rudeness of your comment, show me your sources please.

Comment on Obama Ordered Abuse Of Intelligence To Sabotage Trump Policies By Moon of Alabama by InI

Evidence please. And not just a rehash of the MSM propaganda. Even the official media handouts from the CIA, the FBI, DNC et al, offer us no proof at all. There is no smoking gun.

Comment on Anglo-American Money Owners Organized World War II (II) By Valentin KATASONOV by Jeff L:

Sat, 25 Feb 2017 15:15:53 +0000

Bank of England Governor Montagu Norman (in office from 1920-1944) extended credit during the early days of National Socialist Germany, and facilitated the transfers of Czech gold from the Czech BOE account to Germany's BIS account. Norman himself was never a partisan of the Churchill-Zionist party's anti-German campaign. He had studied in Germany during the Hohenzollern period, and was an admirer of German culture. Like other observers of his time, Norman probably saw through the propagandized British media's account of WWI. It is likely that he was scandalized by the British peacetime blockade of German ports for five months after the November, 1918 Armistice, and by the serial French and British betrayals of original of Armistice at the Versailles Conference. Norman himself was never fond of the Zionist-financial power bloc that was active during his time. While some may condemn Norman as a conspirator, the same vested Zionist interests that he deplored have continued to be active in military and intelligence matters, and in international politics, and have been the perpetrators of countless ruinous and deadly covert actions and wars in such countries as Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, etc.

Comment on Trump Bans Muslims from Entering the United States, Launches “Holy War against Radical Islam” By Prof Michel Chossudovsky by InI

Fri, 27 Jan 2017 09:50:52 +0000

I'm not sure that this is the issue (that Muslims, even the terrorist kind) want to turn the world into some kind of super Caliphate, or even if they do that it's the source of the issue. Surely it's the imperialists desire, starting with arming the Taliban to fight the Soviet Union that triggered this mess? And how would you respond if your country was bombed back into the Stone Age with the most powerful weapons on the planet and you had no means to respond? Worse still, these groups are often funded by the US, UK and other imperialist states. Chaos is the weapon!

Comment on Trump Bans Muslims from Entering the United States, Launches “Holy War against Radical Islam” By Prof Michel Chossudovsky by William St. George

Fri, 27 Jan 2017 02:37:11 +0000

Prof Michel Chossudovsky is quite clearly not a fan of Donald Trump. Either Islam dominant nations do harbor terrorists, or at least Jihadists who believe they have a religious obligation to spread Islam even with violence, or they do not. If they do, and the USA carelessly allows them to come to America. then the gov is failing in its principle job. As a Canadian of course it is not something directly affecting him. Surely Canada has problems that deserve his attention more than those of the USA. The writer of this article seems to me officious. Something about the academic world seems to give professors a serious case of myopia. Perhaps the intellect is not quite what they assume it to be.

Comment on This week the issue is not Trump. It is ourselves By John Pilger by InI

Tue, 24 Jan 2017 09:02:32 +0000

Yeah Pilger takes no prisoners! And maybe he is being a little unfair to Younge whose position has definitely moved leftward of late (in spite of writing for that rag the Guardian. One wonders how long he'll last in the current climate).

Strong stuff and on the button. Except, it is unfair to Gary Younge, who been very critical of Obama (and supportive of Jeremy Corbyn, by the way) in clear contrast to establishment wing of The Guardian.

Comment on Video: Did Trump Win Through Vote Flipping and Vote Stripping? by InI

Tue, 29 Nov 2016 09:43:14 +0000

Hi Richard, Well, as far as I can ascertain, the vote fixing/rigging was organised by the Republican Party using a software product called Crosscheck. Whether the Dems did likewise I have no idea. Crosscheck allegedly identified people who had voted more than once, in different states. The problem being that firstly, the great majority of those struck off the voters' rolls were Black or Hispanic and secondly, it was done on the basis of surnames. So if you had the same surname as someone in a different state, you got disenfranchised! As Greg Palast pointed out, no check was actually done to see if it was the same person!
