Great idea! I've only had a moment to consider it but I'm pretty sure that the basic PC characteristics could be:
elan - used to summon the energy to ruffle one's toga
ennui - used to resist attempts at mind control ("oh, how tiresome!")
grace - used in social situations to influence others
languor - used to rest and recover from exertion (see "elan")

I've often said to myself (because no other actual people within earshot would care) that if D&D is reading Howard illustrated by Frazetta while listening to Dragonforce, Blue Rose is reading Kristen Britain illustrated by Alfons Mucha while listening to Loreena McKennitt. (Seriously, look at some of Elaine Bettocchi's illustrations & tell me she didn't have him in mind.) And this is coming from a guy who likes all the incarnations of D&D and Blue Rose. So yeah, a game with Art Nouveau illustrations would definitely have a distinctive feel.
