Mon, 17 Mar 2014 22:40:49 +0000

I’m proud to say that about a year ago, Lifehacker featured one of my original designs: Cool Thumb-controlled Watering Pot Made with Recycled Materials. I didn’t realize until just recently. (Not sure how we missed it.) I’m excited because Lifehacker is such a great sight.

Make your own Crazy Eyes! Make your friends laugh! All you need are some matching bottle caps and some permanent markers. and a sense of humor. She used candle votives. Even better if children can embellish the photographs of themselves!   I had fun playing around with these silly pictures. Now it is your turn.

Reuse Egg Cartons to Store and Organize Your Ornaments

Mon, 06 Jan 2014 03:33:24 +0000

I’ve been storing some of my ornaments in salvaged egg cartons for years now. It is such a simple way to organize them: much faster than wrapping in tissue paper and I didn’t have to buy the containers. I also like that the hooks don’t get all tangled.
