WinBlast v.0.1.5 released! WinBlast is a Windows graphical front-end for NCBI BLAST. It is completely written in C#, utilizing Microsoft's latest .NET framework. WinBlast will run on any machine that supports the Microsoft .NET framework. WinBlast features an intuitive user interface and increases the ease-of-use for command-line BLAST.
This release includes the following:
- Html Output
- UI Bug Fixes
- General Bug Fixes

WinBlast v.0.1.3a has been released! This version includes a new Windows Installer and various bug fixes. An analysis view will be added to the next release. There are some issues with the NCBI Blast output that prevented it from being introduced in v.0.1.3a. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved shortly.

WinBLAST 0.1.2a has been released! This release includes UI improvements, bug fixes, and BLAST database aliasing. With database aliasing, you won't have to constantly search for your BLAST database location! Feel free to email me with feature requests, bugs, feedback, etc.
