Everyone, Check out our brainstorming forum and help us add to the list of features for this project. No one knows what a distance learning utility needs better than the students and faculty that participate in those types of courses. So if you have a good idea tell us about it and we will be sure to add it to the list.

The port of the server database to mySQL is complete. The latest source on the site has been updated with the changes. Also there are many new screenshots from the server that show all the new features. Check it out at kudzu1.sourceforge.net

I need help to get this program off the ground. I have a great vision for it but its just too much for one man to handle. If you have interest in helping in any way please contact me.

I have came to a realization and decided to steer Kudzu in a new direction. I realized that the tools that I have been developing would be very useful in a distance learning environment so I am steering this project away from the controversial peer to peer area and into a more useful educational area. Hopefully this will inspire some contributions to the project by new developers.

The Alpha 0.1 version is about to be released along with the initial documentation. I have created users manuals for both the server and client and a small design document. The program itself is still small but the backbone is taking shape with the basic features being implemented with a fairly nice looking GUI. Until next time

Sorry about the huge delay guys. Our school was a little weird about us doing a project on here that also counted as a grade so we avoided confrontation. We have now uploaded new screenshots of the soon to be released alpha version. This is a very stripped down version but it has the basics of the distance learning facilities and a good backbone to build from. Thanks for your interest.

Finnaly its up and running. I've gotten us approved on sourceforge (obviously) and the planning has begun. The project for now will be strictly Tim and I due to the fact that the project is starting as one for a class. We would gladly accept any ideas for additions to the program but untill December please dont help with coding. It has to be a two man operation until then. Thanks ahead of time for any help.
