Ive created some IRC channels to discuss this project. The channel is #mirc-yahoo and since I currently goto dalnet and undernet you can join either to discuss the channel.
ive turned on a reroute between the 2 channels, but its simply run by me, until a bot or 2 can be brought in to handle the rerouting between these 2 networks. i can probably bring one up in the next week or so, maybe even a second one, we'll see if anyone has a bot on dalnet to donate for a reroute to this channel, please contact qwert, or email firstname.lastname@example.org

I've finally gotten my pc connected up, and one of the first things I did was upload what I have to the file release system, be warned it is a VERY alpha release (0.0.16)
I'm thinking of making differnet subprojects, a YCHT yahelite clone, and a full fledged Yahoo! messenger clone, with subprojects for cam/voice support used by both main projects, and a complete documentation of the different Yahoo! protocols.
Added a new developer who will help in decyphering the Yahoo! protocols.

I'll be uploading some mIRC tutorials to the documents section to help developers that arn't as familiar with mIRC as they may be with some of the other things out there we are looking for. Please be patient till all these are uploaded

While browesing through http://www.mircscripts.org I came across an addon script that said it made possible voice chat through mirc (using dll's) I'm hoping the developer of this addon can join the Yahoo! for mIRC team.

Finally got approved for a sourceforge account to open the development of Yahoo for mIRC to the public and make it easier to make a better script
