Orphée retells the well known Ancient Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, but in a way you've never seen it before. A fast paced comedy, Orpheus is horsing around and generally ignoring his lovely Eurydice; that is, until she tragically dies. Aided by a love-struck Angel, Orpheus must reclaim his love from the clutches of Death herself. Written by Jean Cocteau for the 1920s, we have updated it for UCL's first ever Classical Reception Play
