kris: Thanks! Chris Chong: Yes there was Photoshopping involved, the light is natural though from a reflector. It was a fairly fast continuous movement, it's just a case of relativity and getting the right shutter speed. Same goes when you take sports shots (tennis for example) and you want the face clear but the raquet blurred. There was a workshop at KLPac by Manny Librodo, he came over from Thailand. You should join my shooting sessions sometimes, always trying to do more interesting stuff :)

Nice shot! Was there any Photoshopping involved or is the lighting as is? (Cause it's brilliant). How'd you manage to get her head completely still but with her hair showing noticeable motion blur? I'm assuming she made quick, sudden movements rather than slow, continuous movements? Was there some sort of event at KLPAC? Pardon the excessive questioning. I'm looking for new things to shoot too. Getting a bit bored of the bird park...
