A new feature in iOS 11 will allow users to disable Touch ID and make an emergency call to 911 in a more simplified fashion. Given Apple's spats with the DOJ, the "cop button" tag was inevitable. The funniest thing is, it works *both* ways -- you can summon the police more easily, and you can prevent your phone from being unlocked.
