Bathroom Installer

Workstream's client is looking for Bathroom Installers to complete 1st fix plumbing and heating works in Bicester. Applicants must have an NVQ Level 2 or above, experience with bathroom fitting, JIB and CSCS cards, and their own tools, PPE and transport. Candidates applying for one of these positions must be able to drive as they will be required to travel to several sites in a 10-20 mile radius of Bicester.

A Utility Surveyor is required to work for my client who are a well-established company that operate all throughout the UK. The company specialise in many different sectors including civil engineering, architecture, rail and environmental to name a few. The ideal Utility Surveyor will have good knowledge working with Radio Detection and GPR equipment, and interpret maps and plans. The Utility Surveyor will be responsible to the Project Manager. Site Manager

Workstream's client has over 50 years’ experience working within the private and public sector, priding themselves on having a hands on approach to all their projects. Their work focuses closely on bespoke housing and assisted living but they have worked on commercial builds and education facilities.

At present, the company is looking for a Site Manager who can oversee a project in Aylesbury. The project is a newly refurbished building which is having two new storeys added to create 12 new apartments. There will also be a further six flats built in the under croft of the building.

SMSTS and CSCS are essential and experience in site managing on similar projects would be desirable. The project is starting in November, so would be ideal for anyone who is working on a project that is coming to an end in the next month. The duration of this contract is approximately 10-11 months.

HGV Class 1 Driver
