Wireless carrier AT&T decided it was high time to drop the prices for the iPhone a little more; if not for all versions, at least for the refurbished ones. Those who would go for such a device now have the chance to acquire a refurb iPhone 3G 8GB for as little as $49, while the refurb 16GB will cost them only $99. The mobile phone operator started the price drop frenzy for the older iPhones as soon as the latest flavor of the device, the iPhone 3GS, landed.
