Gibson's changes make for impressive spring

The changes right-hander Kyle Gibson made to his delivery this offseason appear to be working this spring. Gibson, lined up to be Minnesota's No. 3 starter, continued his impressive run Sunday. The right-hander tossed six scoreless innings against a strong Red Sox lineup in the 7-2 loss, and scattered four hits with four strikeouts to lower his ERA to 1.59 in Grapefruit League play.



With 5 moves, Twins continue to shape roster

The Twins made five roster moves on Sunday, granting outfielder Drew Stubbs his unconditional release and reassigning right-hander Drew Rucinski to Minor League camp. Additionally, non-roster infielders Ben Paulsen, Matt Hague and Bengie Gonzalez were told they will start the year at Triple-A Rochester, but will remain in Major League camp in the short term.
