A twin bill means an extra roster spot for big league clubs, which the White Sox and Tigers will each put to full use Saturday as they send Tyler Danish and Buck Farmer -- each up in the bigs as the 26th man -- to the bump at Guaranteed Rate Field. Farmer will pitch in the first game of the doubleheader for Detroit, while Danish will take Game 2 for Chicago.
