Wed, 31 Aug 2016 18:27:29 +0000Brian, you hit the nail on the head. It's crucial the real estate professionals dedicate themselves to both excellence and lead generation. Most agents hate prospecting (and many don't want to spend time or money on marketing) and then wonder why they are empty handed. I think if it's possible to do a form of marketing or prospecting that you love, or at least is enjoyable, it's going to be a much easier habit to cultivate.

Mon, 23 Nov 2015 23:16:15 +0000We have had the same happen here in Texas. There seems to a be a war on the self-employed. Mortgages are just one barrage. The affordable healthcare mandate is another.

Where the good is never more or less than perfect compliance with the perfect order of everything, you give off the whiff of irredeemable evil. Not to worry. You'll be assimilated in due course. Good luck with the real estate empire in the meanwhile.
Mon, 27 Apr 2015 00:37:10 +0000Thanks Geno, but you made ONE mistake, those distressed diplomats from Angola seem to have MY $20 millions, not yours!
Thu, 26 Mar 2015 15:41:25 +0000Thanks Cheryl Johnson! Sean Purcell, I concur (although I still partake in a bit of 'Top Producing Realtor' self-aggrandizing lol)
Thu, 26 Mar 2015 15:14:01 +0000Geno, might I add the ubiquitous "false brag"? Did every real estate agent go to some class recently that taught how to promote oneself by pointing out how tired / taxed / or otherwise exhausted they are by their own hard work? SMH...
Thu, 26 Mar 2015 15:06:26 +0000Hey Geno, you nailed it!
Sat, 05 Jul 2014 17:28:24 +0000Congrats on getting your license. Keep up the education as flying is lots of fun, but you need to be on your game at all times.
Tue, 01 Jul 2014 12:12:11 +0000Bravo, Damon. Keeping that spirit alive – that there is nothing you can't master, just as you did as a teenager – will keep you young forever.
Tue, 01 Jul 2014 08:35:08 +0000Congrats Captain!

Fri, 16 May 2014 11:24:00 +0000Been there, done that. Was a Redfin partner until they didn't like my use of a team... which was similar to THEIR team structure, only we use full time agents to show property that have complete buy-in to helping the client. Loved the sarcasm.
Mon, 12 May 2014 23:38:42 +0000Bravo indeed. My first read at this site, but definitely not my last.
Wed, 30 Apr 2014 00:21:28 +0000OK, With all that coffee, was there a close?Inquiring minds want to know.

Fri, 25 Apr 2014 01:30:10 +0000Like the Glengarry Glen Ross references you worked in there.
Tue, 15 Apr 2014 00:48:18 +0000Bravo, Geno.
Mon, 07 Apr 2014 19:19:57 +0000Love the story, Geno. Out of curiosity, do you personally show all your listings - or was this a special case?
Sat, 05 Apr 2014 10:20:01 +0000Yeah I just like wearing the pants too. Can't always judge a book by it's cover.
