Davidson scored eight goals in the first half to push the Wildcats to a 14-7 win over Siena Women’s Lacrosse in Davidson, North Carolina. The Saints had six different goal scorers in the contest.

In a game which featured a combined 33 goals and 94 shots, #6/7 Virginia defeated Siena Lacrosse 20-13 in Charlottesville. The 13 goals scored by the Saints were the program's most scored in 24 all-time games vs. nationally ranked opponents.

Cross Country. Forman Takes 3000m Indoor Track Title

Siena finished the MAAC Indoor Championship with four Top-10 finishes in day two. Sophomore Sarah Forman became Siena's first title winner after winning the 3000m.

W. Water Polo. Water Polo Drops Two Games at Laker Invite

Siena Water Polo finished play at the Laker Invite in Erie, PA on Sunday. The Saints dropped game one to George Washington 11-8 and fell 10-9 to Saint Francis (PA) to close out their opening weekend of competition. Clare Bryar led Siena with 12 goals in the two matchups.

Central Florida scored seven unanswered runs during the middle three innings to complete the season-opening series sweep of Siena Baseball 7-2 in Orlando. Sophomore third baseman Brian Kelly homered in defeat for the Saints.

Siena Women’s Lacrosse dropped their season opener to the 2015 and 2016 Big South Conference Champions Winthrop 11-10 on Sunday afternoon. This was the first meeting between the two programs.

Softball. Softball Shutout by Central Michigan

Siena Softball wrapped up the EMU Madeira Beach Invitational on Sunday, falling 7-0 to Central Michigan. Siena starting pitcher Lauren Butts struck out five batters in just over five innings of work. Five different batters recorded a hit for the Saints in the team’s fifth contest in three days.

Senior guard Marquis Wright scored 21 points and red-shirt senior forward Brett Bisping tallied his 10th double-double of the season with 17 points and 17 rebounds in Siena Basketball’s 76-70 win over Niagara in front of 6,850 at the Times Union Center. With the victory, the Saints closed within just a half game of idle Iona and Saint Peter’s for second place in the MAAC Standings with just two games remaining.

W. Water Polo. Water Polo Bested Twice at Laker Invite

Siena Water Polo opened up its 2017 season on Saturday at the Laker Invite in Erie, PA. In the first game of the day, Mercyhurst defeated the Saints 13-10. Gannon took the victory over Siena in the second game, 11-9. Junior Clare Bryar totaled seven goals in the two games for the Saints.

Siena Baseball dropped the second game of a three-game set with Central Florida on Saturday. The Knights took the contest 3-0 holding the Saints to just three hits. Pitchers freshman Brendan White and sophomore Dylan D’Anna combined to allow just six hits for Siena.

W. Basketball. Saints Sweep Western New York Trip For Third Straight Season

Sophomore guard Jackie Benitez drained six three's to take the Siena Women's Basketball single-season three-points made in a season record and push the Saints to a 77-67 win over Canisius. Siena swept the Western New York trip for the third season in a row, the last time since 89-90, 90-91, 91-92.
