The Toreros were led by their two upperclassmen; Brett Bailey tied his career-high and led all scorers with 26 points and Cameron Neubauer added 20 points, a new career-high. The Toreros played excellent defense, holding the Lumberjacks to 27 percent (17-for-62) shooting while outrebounding them 47-39.

The Toreros played great defense all night and held a lead late in to the second half, but the Aggies hit too many clutch free-throws down the stretch and pulled away to seal the win.
