The UNLV baseball team (17-29) had its three-game winning streak snapped by a 7-4 loss to the Seattle Redhawks at Bannerwood Park. The Rebels fell behind by five runs through three innings, but managed to pull within one with a pair of two-run home runs in the fourth; however, that was as close as the Scarlet & Gray would get as the Redhawks added two insurance tallies late in the game.

Ayana Gales captured third place in the long jump with a personal-best measurement of 21-0.25 (6.41m), which placed her third overall in the program’s all-time outdoor performance list.
