Madden concludes season at NCAA Championships

Graduate student Thomas Madden was the only UC Davis cross country individual this season to qualify to the NCAA Championships, which officially took place Saturday morning at the E.P. Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Kent.

Both squads earn top-20 finishes at NCAA West Regionals

UC Davis graduate student Thomas Madden was the first across the line on the men's team, leading his team to a 16th place finish, while sophomore Sarah Anderson was the first across the line on the women's team, helping her team to a 20th place finish at the NCAA West Regional Championships hosted at Washington's Jefferson Park Golf Course.

Aggies return to Riverside for Conference Championships

After a split between the men's squad on the weekend of Oct. 14 due to the Aggies taking part in two different meets located on opposite sides of the country, the teams reunite as they travel together down south to run at UC Riverside's UCR Agricultural Operations Course for the Big West Conference Championships on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Some Aggies travel east, some stay west

Coming off a women's eight place and a men's 10th place finish at the Capitol Cross Challenge on Sept. 30, the UC Davis men's and women's cross country teams will split up as the women and some of the men head to State College, Penn., to run at the Blue-White Gold Course for the Penn State National Open on Friday, while the other menacers of the men's team will stay behind to run at the Baylands Regional Park for the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational in Sunnyvale, Calif. on Saturday.



Women in eight and Men in 10th at Capitol Cross Challenge
