Tourism audit questions spike in pay for Experience Scottsdale execs

Police: Drunk Scottsdale man breaks into his former house to shower

The man was drunk and had apparently been fighting with his friend. An officer thought it best to just take the man home, which the man said was the address listed on his license.

'Pink Panther' convicted of 86 felony counts in 16 Valley burglaries

Gary Eisenmann, who referred to himself as the "Pink Panther," was convicted of 86 felony counts in connection with at least 16 home burglaries in the Valley.

Life Time Fitness to pay its Arizona workers $61.28 each in back wages

Life Time Fitness Inc. will pay its 862 Arizona employees a total of $52,823.36 after the company was found guilty of violating federal minimum-wage requirements, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.

My Turn: Scottsdale Desert Discovery Center workshop was a publicity stunt

I attended the Nov. 30 Desert Discovery Center Public Workshop with an open mind and cautious optimism only to be discouraged and thoroughly insulted by the city of Scottsdale’s thinly disguised demonstration of desiring public input into this project.

Salt River officer shoots at vehicle after it rams police vehicles

Police said two people were arrested after an officer fired gunshots at a suspicious vehicle that rammed the officer's vehicle and another police car outside Talking Stick Resort and Casino.
