The Battle At The Shore Alumni Basketball Classic to debut at Homecoming

Maryland Eastern Shore has seen its share of hardwood legends and now the Department of Athletics is partnering with Victory Sports to bring them back one more time to play in Princess Anne. The Battle at the Shore, an Alumni Basketball Classic, will give former Hawks another shot at hooping it up in Princess Anne. The event will debut Homecoming weekend, 2018 in the William P. Hytche Athletic Center from noon-6 p.m. on Friday, February 23.

Hawks to host 21st annual Take A Kid to the Game Day

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore invites all area children to attend their upcoming basketball game, Jan. 20 against North Carolina A&T State University. Children have the opportunity to experience a college basketball game as Eastern Shore hosts their annual “Take A Kid to the Game” (TAKG) program. Children, ages 12 and younger, will receive a free admission with the purchase of an adult ticket, to watch the Hawks take on the Aggies. The women tip off at 2 p.m. followed by the men at approximately 4 p.m.
