USD Takes First Place in San Diego Fall Classic

The USD women's rowing team competed in their last long distance race of the fall season Sunday morning. They raced eights, fours and pairs throughout the morning against local and other Southern California teams.



Toreros Win Row For the Cure

The USD women’s rowing team officially kicked off the 2016 fall season with a pair of regattas over the weekend. The Toreros competed in the Head of the American at the Sacramento State Aquatic Center Saturday before returning to their home waters of Mission Bay for the annual Row for the Cure regatta.



Women's Rowing Schedule Released

The University of San Diego women's rowing team, under Head Coach Kim Cupini, has released their 2016-17 racing schedule. The Toreros, who have been nationally ranked for the past three years, will be competing in many of their traditional regattas as well as some new races.



Steve Baranoski Added to Women's Rowing Staff

USD women’s rowing Head Coach Kim Cupini is excited to welcome Steve Baranoski to the coaching staff. After three years as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s rowing programs at Wesleyan University (2011-14), Baranoski has been spending the last couple years as head coach for the Princeton National Rowing Association, a high performance junior program in Princeton, New Jersey.
