Four former Georgia Tech golfers have been named to the PGA Tour's Player Advisory Council, the Tour announced Tuesday. Stewart Cink, Chesson Hadley, Matt Kuchar and Cameron Tringale fill exactly one quarter of the panel which serves to advise and consult with the PGA Tour Policy Board (Board of Directors) and Commissioner Jay Monahan on issues affecting the Tour.

Two Georgia Tech women's basketball signees were amongst the 24 premier high school players named to the 2018 McDonald's All-American Games official rosters released on Tuesday. Guard Elizabeth Balogun (Lagos, Nigeria) and forward Elizabeth Dixon (Memphis, Tenn.) will compete for the Girls West All-American squad on March 28 in Philips Arena in Atlanta. The games will begin at 5 p.m. on ESPN2.
