The Georgetown University Athletics Department has announced the kickoff times for the football team's home games in 2017. The Hoyas will host two nonconference and three Patriot League games this upcoming season.

John Bear Joins Georgetown Football as Running Backs Coach

Georgetown University Football Head Coach Rob Sgarlata has announced the addition of John Bear to the coaching staff. Bear, who will work with the Hoyas’ running backs under offensive coordinator Michael Neuberger, has 11 years of collegiate coaching experience and has coached three different position groups, six All-Americans and four current NFL players.

Georgetown University Football Head Coach Rob Sgarlata has announced the addition of Harrison Bernstein to the coaching staff. Bernstein, who previously worked in the sports performance department at Georgetown, will work the team’s defensive backs under defensive coordinator Kevin Doherty.

Georgetown Hosts Successful First Bone Marrow Drive

The Georgetown University football team partnered with Be The Match to host its first annual “Get In The Game, Save A Life" (GITG) bone marrow registry drive on Wednesday. In just five hours, the Hoyas blew past their goal, registering 263 potential donors, many of which were Georgetown student-athletes and coaches, to the national bone marrow registry.
