Lacrosse Drops Offensive Battle to Saint Joseph's, 11-10

WASHINGTON -- In its penultimate game at the GW Lacrosse Field on the Mount Vernon Campus, the George Washington lacrosse team put up an offensive battle against Saint Joseph's, but could not contain the surging Hawks, and ultimately fell 11-10.

Lacrosse Set for Pair of A-10 Matchups

Lacrosse Edged at VCU

RICHMOND – After trailing by as many as four goals in the first half, the George Washington lacrosse team scored eight times in the game's second stanza and was able to pull within one with 56 seconds left on the clock, but could not complete the comeback, falling to VCU, 13-12, at Cary Street Field on Friday evening.

Lacrosse Routs Radford, 13-7

RADFORD, Va. – On a cold and rainy afternoon at Cupp Stadium, the George Washington lacrosse team defeated Radford, 13-7, to wrap up its non-conference slate with a program-best 7-1 record. The historic victory also marks the Colonials fifth straight win, the first time they have done so since the squad's inception in 2002.

Donohue and Oler Earn A-10 Weekly Awards

Colonial of the Week Presented by Capgemini: Jocelyn Donohue

Dononue helped lead the Colonials to back-to-back victories against American and Mount St. Mary's last week. She registered hat tricks in both outings while tallying a combined eight shots, two ground balls, and two caused turnovers. The senior co-captain was also named Atlantic 10 Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday.
