GW Athletics Unveils Hall of Fame Class of 2018

The George Washington University Department of Athletics and Recreation proudly unveiled during Colonials Weekend eight individuals who will comprise the GW Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2018. Kimberly Beck (women’s basketball), Kristin Davidson (women’s soccer), Gene Guarilia (men’s basketball), Megan Hogan (women’s cross country), Yegor Mescheriakov (men’s basketball), Matt Osbourne (men’s soccer), Mary Jo Warner (administration) and Tim Zebroski (baseball) will comprise the 2018 Class. When they are officially inducted during Homecoming Weekend on February 3, 2018, the GW Athletic Hall of Fame will see its membership rise to 168.

Baseball Reveals 2018 Schedule

WASHINGTON - The George Washington baseball team will host 28 games at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park and make a spring break trip to Texas to face perennial powerhouse Baylor as part of its 2018 schedule.

Ritchie Helps USA Baseball to Gold Medal

WASHINGTON - George Washington baseball head coach Gregg Ritchie and the USA Baseball Under 18 National Team concluded a historic run through the World Baseball Softball Confederation U18 World Cup to win the United States' fourth consecutive title on Sunday night in a 8-0 win over Korea at Port Arthur Stadium Thunder Bay, Ontario.
