The Rams travel to the Air Force Academy this weekend for their second tournament of the fall season. The three-day tournament (Friday-Sunday) features seven teams: Air Force, CSU, Drake, Northern Colorado, Texas State, Utah State and Wyoming.

The Colorado State women’s tennis team capped off the Colorado Invite on Saturday with five singles victories. In total, the Rams won 11 singles matches and a pair of doubles matches during the three-day tournament. The tournament was CSU’s first of the fall season.

Colorado State begins its 2016-17 season this week at the Colorado Invite in Boulder, Colo. The four-day tournament features players from CU, CSU, Georgetown and New Mexico. Seven Rams will compete in singles play, while all eight will participate in doubles. Last year in the Colorado Invite, CSU won 10 of its 13 doubles matches.

Jarod Camerota announced as CSU's head tennis coach

Colorado State has hired former assistant coach Jarod Camerota as its women’s tennis coach. Camerota, who has more than a decade of top-level tennis experience, replaces Jon Messick, who announced his retirement in April after 26 years as head coach and 31 years overall.
