Fri, 20 Feb 2015 21:37:23 +0000Hello Tony, There seems to be too few who put enough dedication to the Blues and do what you do. However I begin to observe a shift towards resurrection. It was never dead, but a full scale resurrection where more popular festivals are paying dues to the Blues. I truly hope that you, among others who do so much good, will see an increase of savvy audience who would value the material provided, or new ones who would be thirsty for more.
Wed, 11 Feb 2015 23:21:18 +0000Tony I'd like to find out the quickest way to get all 519 episodes downloaded. I already have up to #468 and would very much like to get the rest. I have joined the roadhouse a couple times, not sure which way I belong. Is there a way I can check?
Sat, 20 Dec 2014 21:32:40 +0000Hey Tony... just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your podcast. I discovered you around episode 480 and have been working my way through your archives ever since. I'm happy to see you've discovered my local bands here in the Washington DC area (the Nighthawks and Deanna Bogart). I used to see the Nighthawks back in college (Jim Thackery was with them then) and forgot about the blues for 30+ years (what was I thinking!). One other local band you might want to check out is called "Bad Influence". They're not as prolific as the other two but are great non the less. Keep up the good work. Definitely a fan!
